WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Charged us $225 to install a faucet. Took all of 30 mins. The work was good and the plummer cleaned-up after but we really felt gouged ;-(

He informed me of the Sunday rate, he arrived when he said he would, and was extremely professional.

If I need a plumber again, I will certainly call you first.

I did not have a good experience. I called the owner (Thad) on the recommendation of a neighbor to ask about the price of a typical toilet install as I needed a Toto toilet installed, and he would not give me an estimate after asking 3 times over the phone (1st red flag) which I found unusual, since other companies were quite willing to share their standard range of cost for that service. Nevertheless, we scheduled a time when he would come out on the following Friday between 10 AM-noon to provide an estimate. Friday afternoon: no one had arrived at my house nor called (2nd red flag; BTW I took off work to meet them that morning). So I called. Thad answered and said he needed to check the schedule. Then I received a call from one his employees shortly after saying that he was running 2-3 hr late so he could come by later because he was with another customer (I had to work that afternoon since I already took off that morning to meet them). His employee, however, was happy to provide me with an estimate over the phone ($245-265 for their typical toilet install labor cost only), which was a full $150 higher than other estimates I had gotten from other highly reputable plumbers (3rd red flag). I was pretty done at that point having wasted my entire morning waiting around to have to call myself because they didn't show up and then receive an inflated estimate. Then Thad called again and said he had called me that morning he thought around 7:45 AM and the call ""definitely"" went through. I did not receive any missed calls nor voicemails that morning, and anyone that has a cell phone knows this (4th red flag). That means either 1) he was lying, which I suspect based on the tentative nature of his voice when he said he had ""tried"" to call me that morning or 2) the company wasn't able to accurately keep track of my phone number, (which they already had record of from my previous call and I had confirmed earlier that week), neither of which is good. No way to treat a new customer who was recommended to you! Never going back...bad feeling. Advertising as a ""Christian"" company also is no guarantee at all for honesty, good service, or professionalism. In fact, that might even be a 5th red flag.

Call them up to set up a time and date to get a quote for a slap leak that I had and I spoke with Mr. Thad Condon . Told him what the problem was and he said that what it was a slap leak . Well he sent out one of his service specialist Mr. David Olivas . Want to point out his guy is a total professional and straight up and honest. He did his survey and what would needed to be done and how it would be done. I show him the quote of Master Plummer and he said I should go with theirs . He stated he wasn't dodging work or anything like that it's because if he had to do the work it would be higher quote . The wife and I felt and truly believe David in what he said and what exactly needed to be done . Thank you Mr. Condon for having such wonderful and honest employees at your company!! My next time call for any work needed on my pipes will be to call Master Plummer inc. As I'm writing this review the Plummer is done exactly what David said they would be doing right down to the actual job detail. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!!! Thanks again !!! You guys are awesome!!! This appointment was on 7/15/2017 @ 11-1 time frame showed up at 10:40-45 early

TLC IS AMAZING. They are fast, fixed the problem both times we have used them and are so nice to work with. I came home to find water running down the street from a malfunctioning irrigation valve in our yard. I couldn't figure out how to turn the water off. I called TLC - who did a GREAT job replacing our toilets earlier this year- and Thad was here within 10 minutes! He fixed the problem and got the system working again in about 15 minutes and DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME FOR IT! Highly recommended.

Terrific experience! We have used the same plumber for 20 years but since he retired we needed to find another, reliable plumber. Well, we have found him. Thad and his crew came out to install a tankless water heater as well as a whole-house water filtration system. They were on time, very friendly, and most importantly, did a fantastic job! Can't be more satisfied with their work. They will be back at our house for all our future plumbing work. Highly recommend.

I had a very unique job that involved installing a commercial ice maker into my residence. I had 4 other companies out to bid the job, each of which said they'd get back to me in a day with an estimate. Never heard back from 3 of them. After much persistence, I got a hold of 2, and they informed me they don't do that sort of thing! Luckily, I found Larry with TLC plumbing who took his time going over different ways he could set it up, brainstormed all of my options and was anxious to try something that was out of the norm. He told me he had never worked on this type of thing before (which nobody had), but instead of just walking away from it, he took on the challenge and it turned out great! Will definitely be using this company for all my future plumbing needs!

TLC (Thad) came out on a Saturday, provided us a very reasonable quote, and completed the repairs later that same evening. Since we could not use our shower and/or washing machine, this saved us a lot of headache. Professional, informative, and friendly - I can confidently say we will call them again if we need plumbing assistance in the future.

We were getting into some rains and the house sewer repipe project needed to get done.TLC came over. The sewer pipe section at the City sewer main was excavated and exposed. The plumber looked and also under the house, said I'd receive an estimate in a couple days and left. I called the company up and asked to speak to the plumber that came to the house as I had not received the estimate. I got a return call about a week later, after trying to call again since there was no response from him. He apologized and said he hadn't done the estimate. I mentioned the sewer pipe was all dug up under the house and was exposed now and asked if he'd like to see it so he can finish the estimate. So he set up a time. He never came. Instead, he called and left a message saying he stopped by, rang the door bell and walked around to the side of the house and called my name several times to no avail. I called the next earliest workday and told him he never showed up. He made an excuse about the busy, long holiday weekend. I asked again if he wanted to come out to finish the estimate, and he said no. Then he quoted me a price that was over twice that of the other bids. I will not be calling this plumber for service in the future.
