Lukas and his helper William installed and assembled a very complicated metal shed with about a thousand nuts, bolts, screws and assorted pieces. They did so expertly, efficiently and at a great price and I will definitely use TLC again.

Lukas did a great job installing my vanity and bathroom fixtures. Some into tile! They look great. He also figured out how to install my automatic drawer open for the trash can, which was no easy task! He was persistent until he figured it out. Appreciate that persistence!

I saw the TLC Handyman truck outside one of my favorite stores in Thousand Oaks. one day I called and left a voicemail message. I received a call back within two hours? from the office person who said the handyman would contact me within 2 days (he called the next morning?). We discussed the work needed and he met with me and my husband -at our convenience-a few days later. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and gained our trust on the spot. we scheduled the work and he was in communication with us throughout the entire time what to expect and when. we are not only completely satisfied we have more work for him going forward. Lukas has an excellent work ethic and loves what he does. my husband has a full time job and serves as a deacon at our church so we definitely need the help of a handyman. we are truly blessed to have found Lukas Fancy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND?

Lukas was great! I needed to replace my kitchen faucet. I sent him pictures of my old one and new one and he gave me an estimate right away.... Most people who responded to the job said they would have to come out to give me a quote.... One gave me a ballpark estimate and Lukas' was right in the middle. Even though he was in the middle of a big job he got mine done within a couple of days. I would highly recommend Lukas for this kind of job!
