I called these guys to diagnose a plumbing issue with a toilet and a faucet dripping. They charge $200.00 just to go out to the property to diagnose the issue. RIP OFF. I have hired plumbers for years, and I have never been charged so much for a trip for diagnosis. I found another plumber that is much more reasonable.

Ivan came to our house to help with a clogged shower drain - he was excellent. Confirmed the price with me before he began, talked me through the process of what he was going to do, and then got to work. My problem was solved quickly. And with great communication all around!

Needed bathroom sink installed and new supply lines and shut off valves. All of this was explained ahead of time and I texted them to bring shut off valves/supply lines. I provided sink. The tech said they don't buy parts until work is approved. But you would think these common items would already be in the van. Soo waited for him to go to store buy them and return. Expensive too. Overall not impressed. Tech did install everything correctly.

Miguel from TL Premier arrived within an hour to fix a leaking hose bib (was flowing @ 1gal/hr at one point). He quickly decided to replace the 23 year old valve. He had to deal with dribbling pipe water slowly draining from the house which prevented him from effectively heating the joint to remove the corroded-on valve stem from the copper stub from the house. He patiently and carefully had to cut away the valve then section the remaining valve collar with a saw so he could peel it off and preserve the copper pipe stub. Once removed he made quick work of cleaning the pipe, soldering a threaded collar to the copper pipe and then screwing in a new valve. He was courteous, professional, careful and persistent. Our garage sink was back flowing, and flooded our garage. I called TL up and they out here the next day and gave my house a residential hydro colonoscopy. My pipes are flowing with gusto now. Ivan did a great job, and he explained everything along the way to what he was doing. They are now on my very short list if I have any plumbing issues again.

Our home had a problem with one of our shower stalls backing up whenever any drain was used. It didn't matter if it was the toilet being flushed or the bathroom sink being used, water would rapidly build up. I reached out for a quote around 10am and they arrived less than 3 hours later. Randy was my guy and he was very communicative and worked tirelessly, tackling the problem from different ways until he managed to clear the clog! He tested the drain thoroughly afterwards to ensure the problem is solved. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future! Good job Randy!

An unexpected gas leak is about as pleasant as an unexpected root canal. There's no way you want to deal with it, but when you're faced with it, there is no way that you can avoid it. In these situations you're vulnerable and need someone you can trust. During a routine inspection SDG&E found a gas leak at my house. They turned off my gas and said ""This is on you. call us when you get it fixed."" I did some quick research and decided to put my trust in TL Premier Plumbing. And yes... I'm so glad I did. These guys came to my house the next day, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. I signed off and they started working and didn't stop till the job was done. On top of fixing the leak, they also helped me with the City. I live in a historical district and getting the permit and inspector was a hassle! I couldn't have done it without these guys. These guys go above and beyond, and are downright good people. Ten out of ten. Highly recommended!
