I wish I could put a flashing red stop sign on this business to warn any potential customers. I now see why they don't have a website, it would be flooded with horrible feedback.
We were forced to work with T&L via our Home Warranty and it was weeks of daily nightmares. The gentleman (Terrell) who answers the phone most of the time comes across very kind and understanding, but he is anything but. Every word out of his mouth is a lie.
We were put on the schedule almost immediately and given a 4hr window to wait around. They no-showed. I called to find out what happened and the lying began - "we're still waiting for approval from your home warranty company". So I called our HW company only to find out they had given both verbal and written approval days prior. I followed up with T&L to clarify and was given another lie to cover the first.
Over the next MONTH there were aprox 7 days (4hr windows) with no shows, only to get more lies as to why they didn't come. From "the part's not in yet", and "the technician got lost", to "oops we forgot". The two or three times the guys did show they would give another reason as to why our drain wasn't working and a different part that was needed. They'd say they fixed it, only to have nothing fixed.
I finally strong armed my way to the director of our HW company and demanded to use another company. They finally obliged and connected us with Planet Earth Plumbing (214.585.6133) who arrived the next day, when they said they would! They immediately diagnosed the issue as not a drain issue, but an appliance issue and said everything the previous company (T&L) had done was not needed and not truthful either.
