Horrible Company to deal with. Working with my Warranty Company now to have them removed from their vendor list. You can't ever call them, number always busy or when you do get through, now room in voicemail to leave message. Had scheduled appointment for 12p-4p window, got a call at 9:30a asking if they could "swing by now" while I was at work. They said they would see me later instead. Took afternoon off, waited until 4:15p and had to go through TKO's parts department to find someone to speak with. They sent someone from 30min away who showed up and never bothered to even come inside. Magically he was able to determine my issue from his truck (truly impressive as he literally never came in and my unit is on my 3rd floor!) and said I had an internal damper issue which he would need building diagrams for? As I asked him to explained how he thought through his amazing conclusion, he gave me the "dude, do you know how long I've been doing this line". Translation of what he was really saying is I just really want to go home and not bother coming in.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't even try to use this group...plenty of other options out there.
