The service(s) that I need at this point are not emergencies or ""huge"" projects, but I will say on the first phone call-- I was able to speak to someone who was courteous, polite, transparent and knowledgeable.
I had previously talked to some ""big business plumbing/ac/electrical companies"" that advertise on television, that wasted my time with multiple phone calls to various ""departments"" and on each call had no notes from the previous calls, so I had to explain everything again. (Ugh!)
I have not had the service appointment yet, but I just wanted to let folks know that TK Plumbing has my confidence that they will be fair and honest on my upcoming scheduled appointment.

Trent and his crew gave us incredible service. This was the first time we needed to do major work to our home (sewer line replacement) & Trent was very knowledgeable, understanding, & explained everything to us. While we were getting other bids, he was the only company to follow up & see if we had any questions & to see if we had made a decision (I liked that). When we decided to go with TK, they had us scheduled to start the project within the next week! Trent was polite, professional, & made sure our job was correct. They had discovered a problem from a previous plumber which they fixed for us. We had a leaky shower that they had fixed for us. My husband & I are very happy with the work that Trent & his crew have done & will recommend them to all our friends & family!

I was distraught. There were pools of water seeping out from the wall and I couldn't locate the source. I called 4 plumbing companies that claimed to have 24/7 service and TK Plumbing was the only one who could deliver service in my time of need. All other emergency plumbers said they could send someone in 48 hours or didn't even call me back. That was unacceptable given the amount of water that was spilling out. Once I received a call from TK Plumbing we were able to video chat and he walked me through how to turn off the water source until a plumber could arrive. Not only was the response from TK Plumbing timely and quick, but the issue was diagnosed quickly, and the charge was affordable. I would've had significant water damage if it wasn't for the responsiveness and skill of TK Plumbing. Once TK Plumbing arrived I was treated with respect and was given a transparent quote. I'll definitely be hiring TK Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. Five stars and my highest recommendation.
