I found TK Plumbing right here on Yelp. He has excellent ratings so I thought I would give him a shot. My last plumbing experience wasn't great so I decided to go with a new company. First off they answered the phone when I called. That's a great start as a lot of places go to voicemail. I spoke to the owner Travis and he gave me a window of time he could show up (same day). He sent me a text when he was on the way and a text when the work was complete. All this communication is valuable to me as this is a rental property and I am not at the location. The work he performed was professional and fairly priced. If I ever need a plumber again this is my guy. What a great experience. I called at 9am and by 1pm the problem was solved, issue fixed. Thank you, TK Plumbing for making a stressful experience stress free.

Outstanding Professional Service!!! We discovered our issue on a Sunday and we called TK Plumbing early on a Monday. Mr. Travis was gracious to accommodate us right away. They arrived at the appointed time he specified and him and his assistant James, were wearing masks. They were very professional and eager to tackle the problem. Immediately Travis identified it was a drain pipe leak, did tests to verify and explained to us the details. He was like a surgeon providing us what the problem was and how they were going to solve it. He also assisted us by coordinating with a sanitation and drying company, Express Dry, because of the extent of the damages the leak caused. Travis personally vouched for this company and after they serviced us we understood why. Travis' standard is high and he wants to maintain it that way to uphold his company. Moreover, Travis assisted us with documents for insurance claim. As a bonus to us, Travis offered to pray for my husband's surgery. It's been almost 3 weeks and, so far, the repair is still good to go. Thank you Travis and James for your exceptional service! May God continually bless you and your company. Just moved into my house and my automatic sink wasn't working figured I needed a plumber.. I gave tk plumbing a call.. Travis told me to try and change out the batteries under the sink 1st and that I have a manual feature under the sink as well..He said try that first to see if it could save me time and money if not call him back... well replacing the batteries worked.. he could of just sent someone over but he looked out 4 me... I'll definitely be using tk plumbing in the future... Thank you Travis...

We have been using TK Plumbing for different jobs for our home and rental house. I can only speak to the customer service of this company but WOW!! I had a tube pop off from below the kitchen sink & needed it repaired ASAP. I called to get someone out & unfortunately they didn't have any immediate appointments.

They asked what city I was in & then offered a recommendation of who to call next! I am very appreciative for the work I was able to get done due to TK Plumbing's assistance!

I called another company to clear my main sewer line since my granddaughter accidentally flushed baby wipes, but that company actually told me to call someone else since they were busy and I'm so thankful the universe directed me here. Travis came to my rescue. He was at my house within 20 minutes and had the job done in less than an hour. Very professional, considerate and HONEST.

We needed to replace an old toilet that was leaking. After talking with Travis from TK plumbing who offered us a fair price we decided to hire him to install a new toilet that we purchased. He was able to come the following day. However the toilet that we picked out ourselves and purchased online was not the same dimensions as the old one so it would not fit. Travis helped us select a great new toilet that was in stock at the local hardware store and even picked it up for us and came the following day to install it. He did not charge us to come out 2 times instead of once. He was quick, efficient and did a great job. We were thrilled with his work, his help and his kindness.
