Wish I could give them zero!
They were assigned by our home warranty company to fix Heating. Took more than a months which includes but not limiting to 3 times visit from same technicians to "" access/diagnose"" the issue and fix it . Multiple delays in product availability and irrelevant parts were ordered because of the error from their technician side. It was always that we had to follow up multiple times to have their technician revisit...today they didn't even informed/gave heads about canceling today's visit, they rescheduled! Worst customer service ever, very irresponsible!!! Would not suggest to anyone and if your home warranty assigns them to you please ask to change the service vendor.

Horrible experience. Still haven't received their follow up estimate.....

We were referred to TK through Home Depot because we need a gas line extension in our home for a kitchen stove. I called and spoke with Geo, who seemed really nice. He offered to do same day service, however that didn't work for us so he offered to send someone the next day (August 18.) Great! After we hung up, I had a question so I called back and spoke with someone else. She shared that the appointment was scheduled for August 19, not August 18. She transferred me over back to Geo, who was unavailable, so she said to leave a message. I left a voicemail, never heard back, so I called again in an hour.

I reached Geo, and he was able to change the appointment to August 18 as we discussed. I asked if this would be an estimate or the project would be completed, and he said ""we do same day service and estimate."" He said the only reason they wouldn't do the service was if it was an unusual project and they needed to special order parts. Our project was small - literally extend the current gas line by 18 inches on a 90 degree pipe, and then install the gas stove.

I received an email that our appointment was confirmed for August 18 between 1pm and 5pm. I called the office at 5:30 pm, to ask if the technician was still coming. I was told he would arrive around 6:30 pm. Around 7:00 pm, the technician arrived in a personal vehicle, and came to look the project. He took some pictures and then said ""okay TK will call you tomorrow."" I was confused. I said the project was supposed to be complete today? He looked confused. He said he wasn't sure why they told me that, they always do estimates first, then the office will schedule the project. Clearly I was frustrated because I was under the impression I would have had a functioning stove already. He was very apologetic, and said that this happens frequently. (That's not good.) He said someone would call me that evening, or by the next morning at the latest.

Well, I called some other companies that evening and the next morning, and was able to have someone from another local company come out for a same day service on August 20. It is now August 22, and I still have not heard from TK with the estimate or date for service.
