Highly recommend! Thomas came and replaced our hot water tank on Saturday afternoon when no other company was willing to come out for days. From calling him to the job complete it was only a few hours!

0 Stars would be more appropriate for this clown. Made a complete mess in my home. Replaced cast iron sewer pipe with PVC and did a hack job. Even with supervision he did a poor job. If he wasn't supervised I would have really had a mess on my hands! Covered my dryer and toilet with glue, angle grinder to ceramic tile, that's just a couple things... He seems like a nice enough guy but very very poor quality work. Not what you would expect out of a ""licensed"" plumber (pretty sure he isn't currently licensed). Would not recommend him or hire him again.

After he was paid for the job when most of the job was done, he never returned to finish it and blew off my follow-up inquiry several weeks later. The job involved, among other things, replacing rafters on an outdoor shed and putting corrugated roofing on top of those. Paying him a little early was to allow him to do wrap up things when we weren't home. The part of he job he did do, it turns out, was also pretty shoddy (10% of the roofing nails not pounded in all of the way, one edge of the shed where the roofing panel did not fully cover the underlying wood support). This stuff I only noticed by getting up on a ladder to more carefully inspect the job. So I never should have paid him anything till these issues were fixed but from my cursory ground level inspection things looked fine. So three stars for the quality of the work, bumped down to two stars for not finishing the job (ie. closing the gap between the roof joists and the bricks).

Tom came over and he was very professional he did a great job and charge a fair price I would definitely use him again for any of my plumbing or handyman. He was on time and cleaned up after the job.
