Quick response but atrocious pricing. They charged 900$ for 2 cartridge replacement in a shower faucet. Total rip off. But I will tell that they are very responsive...only person who was able to come within 24 hours.

Our sump pump was really old and needed replacement. After seeing good reviews we thought to try TJK plumbing for pump replacement and battery backup. I have spoke to multiple consulting firm for different projects but I must say TJK was very responsive, quicker, punctual and in no time our work was done with out leaving a mess. I called them in the morning to get an appointment and by 6pm same day the work was completed. Though the work was bit expensive , the job done was quite impressive . Our technician Tim was very knowledgeable and was answering to all our questions patiently. I gave 4 star because of the price, but hey I understand if we need professionalism and great job we pay the price :)

We were trying to DIY a sink and faucet install. One hour later, the ceiling downstairs was dripping! Found TJK, recommended by folks on the Nextdoor app.
Called TJK, Kurt came out on a Friday afternoon in only 1.5 hours!
He found/fixed the problem readily and then offered to do our install. We were so happy to accept the offer.
Everything is working great. My husband said, "" you can tell Kurt enjoys and takes pride in his work"".

Our ABS pipe coming up from our sump pump in the basement was cracked and leaking every time the pump went off. Since our pump runs when our laundry machine drains, this was a problem.

I called TJK plumbing because I saw the good reviews online. I called them around 9am Monday hoping to get someone over same day. By lunch time Sid was at our door. He wore a mask, was knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through what needed to be done and quoted the price, which was fair but a bit higher than I expected.

He did a good job and in no time he was finished. I would have given a 5* review but after Sid left I went down to look at the pipe and there was actually a different pipe above the original leak that too was now leaking. Something must have loosened up when he was repairing the original leak. Not sure if it was leaking when he was here or not.

I gave Sid a call and he came right back. He was able to repair the new leak by applying some pipe glue, at no charge.

I'll definitely consider TJK pluming in the future.

On a Saturday morning we discovered that our old water heater died. My husband called TJK Plumbing and spoke to them on a Saturday morning. They said they could sent someone out to us right away as an emergency, but we didn't mind waiting a couple days so he set up the appointment for Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised to get a appointment so quickly, I was expecting to have to fight for a spot somewhere later in the next week or two - but no! On Monday morning my husband got a call that the plumber would be here in the next 20 minutes. He also got a text with their Covid information and a photo of the truck that would be coming. Very nice! Dan was our plumber and he was great! He explained the problem, explained our options and was very patient with my husband's questions. We got a quote right away and now, less than 3 hours later we have a new water heater, professionally installed, the city has been notified, permit confirmed, and the plumber is gone! Amazing! If you had told me this issue would be resolved so quickly and painlessly I would not have believed you! I will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs, and I will recommend TJK Plumbing to anyone and everyone I know!

Dan has been to our house twice now (separate issues) and both times he was professional, explained the issues, how he would be fixing them, as well as maintenance protocol. Very prompt, courteous and personable. Highly recommend!

Had a pinhole leak in a pipe (argh). didn't have the time to deal with it. Called TJK, and they were able to get somebody out here the same day which was awesome.

Our plumber Dan, was great to work with on this issue. he was prompt, clear in communications, had a good sense of humor, and made the appropriate recommendations. The work was clean and well done. I also appreciated that he double-checked his work.

They will be the first call on some other work we will be doing later this year. Well done TJK.
