Janet M.I was totally ignored and blew off after they fixed a problem at my rental house i have another problem at my home. When i called i could hear the office lady sigh like i wasnt worthy of their business . And i was told they would come when they had time. 2 weeks later still waiting for them. Even when i called the first time office lady had a tone to her voice that was very rude and demeaning. My husband works out of town all week and isnt a handy man. I called them because i know the owner and figured i could trust them. Big mistake instead i got made to feel like i wasnt worthy of their time even though my money is as green as everyone elses.
