This review is for work TJ Robb did for my parents, who live in Davis. Over a year ago they had an issue with their shower. They called a local plumber who came out but said they would need to break through the wall to fix it. They didn't want to do that since it would have been very hard for them to find replacement tiles and the quote to do the work was very high.

Just last week they had an issue with their toilet. I found TJ Robb through Yelp and saw the good reviews so I gave them his number. He came out and fixed the toilet and the shower. They are beyond happy with the work he did. They said ""he was not only great, he was fantastic."" When I talk to them days later they still bring it up.

They highly recommend him and would use him again.

Can't complain, TJ is the type of person who will work with you around your schedule accordingly. We had an emergency water heater leak and we happened to be out of town. He was still able to walk us through prices and suggestions and gave us the best rate. I look forward to continue doing business with him because he is honest and up front.

TJ was awesome. Came over same day and diagnosed and replaced my AC capacitor, all within an hour. Another plus was that instead of requiring me to wait at home in a 4 hour window like most technicians, he was able to give me an exact time that he would be at my house, which I found very convenient, especially since I work full time and find it difficult to get time off during the day. Highly recommend him!

I thought I could repair my heater furnace igniter myself. I called TJ to ask if I could buy the part from him. ""you know, I am not a parts place"" but he was willing to sell me the part. He warned me that the part was delicate and I could easily break it. After practicing with the old part, (glad I did), I realized I never would be able to get the part in there as the tolerance was next to impossible. I called him up and he came out that afternoon. Not only did he put the part in but he gave the old furnace a once over to make sure everything was going great. Truly, you do not get honest service like this anymore. This guy is a gem!

I called TJ this afternoon about a malfunctioning circuit breaker and he was absolutely WONDERFUL. Right away, he tried to save me money by trying to verbally walk me through my problem to see if it was something i could fix on my own. When we decided it wasn't something I could do myself safely, he again worked to save me money, trying to see if there was something I could do in the meantime to save me from the higher weekend fees. The main problem was the fact that the outlet responsible for my refrigerator was not working, so he suggested using an extension cord until I could get someone out to look at/fix the circuit breaker. He even suggested another company in my area that MIGHT be available on Superbowl Sunday if his techs weren't. I had just decided to take his suggestion to use an extension cord/power strip for the time being, when he called me back to check on me to make sure I was using an extension cord or power strip that could handle at least 15A, because that is what is necessary to handle a refrigerator! He was so helpful and sweet, and I am absolutely blown away by his honesty and genuine desire to help me, even though I hadn't even officially hired his company for the job! I followed up later and officially scheduled an appointment for someone from his company to come out tomorrow to look at the problem!

I had water leaking from my ceiling. The roofer said it was a plumbing problem. I called TJ Robb. I'm glad I did! He responded rapidly, his techs diagnosed the problem quickly, and they completed the work for a very reasonable cost. The techs were very professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. TJ is awesome, my gas wall furnace was down in one of my rental properties and he sent someone immediately. He was responsive on text, the job was completed right away, he was very good and honest on pricing. I asked another company to give me and quote and it was over $600!!! This didnt seem right so I rang TJ, the job was done for under $200.

Just today I had a problem with my HVAC, I text TJ on Saturday evening 6pm, he replied right away with some possible solutions. I tried them and now I have heating again. He didn't charge me, this guy is amazing! Definitely 5 stars.
