Tuan replaced a toilet shutoff valve and fill line for us. He was super prompt and courteous.

He was initially unavailable on Saturday because of another job. But when I told him that we ended up having to shut off the house mains due to the mal function in the toilet shutoff valve, he said he will swing by before his first job.

Tuan came out to assess and troubleshoot my issue. Did not BS me. Gave me a fix it plan, timeline and committed to it. Met him on Monday. Work started on Wednesday, done with repipe by end of day. He came back on Thursday to patch my walls and saved me from hiring a painter to patch and repaint. Would definitely work with Tuan and his team again.
