Tom of TJ and JRs services came by today to fix a phantom leak we just can't locate. They were incredibly professional and spent a good amount of time looking but refused to start cutting away until they knew where the leak was located. I really appreciated how they didn't just want to fix things that weren't the diagnosed problem, knowing they would have to come back again when the phantom leak returned!

I absolutely 100% recommend using their services and will be calling them when the leak returns, plus use them for any plumbing services in the future.

Woke up to a bathroom sink overflowing with a drain back up and blockage. Found TJ JR's on yelp and called since they are located in Springfield, where we live. I called before 8 and Tom was at my door in less than 2 hours. He unclogged the drain and repaired piping underneath the sink that was loosened by the back up. The job was complete before noon. Great price, great work and super nice people to deal with.

Tom & Jonathan are top notch. They responded to my Yelp inquiry for a bathroom leak with a full fixed price upfront, came to checked out my bathroom next day to ensure no surprises, promptly scheduled water shutoff with condo manager for a later day. During the repair it additional work was discovered, but they didn't upcharge me, instead stick to their original quote.

Pipe clogged on a Sunday. I left a message and got a return call within 30 minutes. I was given reasonable quotes and they didn't charge an emergency or Sunday fee. The plumber arrived 2 hours later as promised. He fixed the problem, charged what he quoted, and gave a 2 year warranty on his work. Also, he was very professional on the phone and in person.
