I have had TJ JR's Services to my home twice now. They communicate expediently, are friendly/professional, get the job done (and offer a 6 month- 2 year warranty on most work), offer multiple e-payments (Venmo, etc. - convenient!), and were just pleasant all around to work with. They honored their warranty and even came on a day off to complete, to accommodate my schedule. Stellar company and will recommend to all, including friends and family. Tom came both times and I recommend him with high regards.

Very happy with the service I got. Had an issue with outside faucet with low pressure. They inspected the issue and tried different approaches to fix the problem, all while trying to save me money and avoid unnecessary repairs/replacements. They were polite, reliable, and very reasonable. Will definitely use for any future plumbing jobs and would highly recommend for anyone needed plumbing work.

We had an appointment scheduled for next week and today I get an email that they would ""pass"" on the job. I assume it is because I requested documentation but I live in a condo and I have to get approval. The docs I asked for were pretty standard and should be readily available. It's a shame because I was starting with a toilet replacement but have thousands of dollars worth of work I need done. They may have a 5-star rating but only from 13 people. I wouldn't waste your time.

Updated 5/4. After I posted my review I was contacted immediately and assured that there was a miscommunication and they would gladly do the job. We scheduled the job for tomorrow and when I got in touch to confirm I was told they never put it on the schedule. Their lack of professionalism is disappointing. I've been trying to get a plumber here to replace my toilet since March and now because of their second cancellation it's May and my new toilet is still sitting in my hallway.

Their response below is untrue. I was not rude or impolite, I was just persistent so I could gather the information that was needed. I am not a difficult client, all I wanted was to have my toilet replaced. Proper documentation was not provided until after I posted my initial review. And since then all communication was professional on both sides. We absolutely had agreed that they would come to my home and do the work tomorrow.

Fast response to my inquiry with an upfront price. Even though I didn't have an emergency they were able to fix my issue on the same day I contacted them. They made quick work of replacing a faulty outdoor spigot. Appreciated the contactless payment option too.

They did the work, but they took out my Nest doorbell and did not put the water heater on its own electrical circuit (against code). Asked to come back and fix and said they would, but no contact.
