Called Tito's and was quoted $140 total for the job. His charge is $140/hr.

Their worker arrived at our driveway at 1:22pm but chilled in their car and didn't get into the house until 1:29pm, but he started charging us since 1:22. Thought I wouldn't know but we had him clocked in our video doorbell.

Went to his van twice to get tools that took him about 10 minutes or more of our time. Tools he gathered did not require that much time. Like a ladder.

Finished the job with 10 minutes left before the hour then he went back to his van to write up our ""bill"". He stayed out there until it passed the 1 hour mark and charged us an extra 30 minutes. We didn't even see the bill he supposedly wrote up. He just showed us his phone calculator app with the amount.

Texted the number to complained about our experience. Tito's was nice enough to make things right and charge us the right amount. But then he said to never call them for their service again.

Shady business practice and rude. Would not recommend.

Jose did a great job. He was very kind, polite, helpful and did a thorough job. I liked how he was willing to come out on a short notice and also it being a weekend he kept us informed on what was happening and did not give us a run around pricing. I would totally recommend this company.

Alfredo with Tito's Plumbing came out to my home today to repair My leaky toilet. No only did Alfredo do a great job, he was very professional and very nice. Unlike other plumbing companies they even gave me a call letting me know they were on their way. I highly recommend these guys.

Came home over vacation to my water heater leaking. Looked up plumbers and called a few. Tito answered right away and was able to make a same day appointment. He talked me through all my options and also told me what rebates I could get on a water heater. After the job he found another rebate for me as well. He did a great job at a great price and also helped out 2 of my neighbors. I'm getting a water filtration system that he will install right when it comes in. Highly recommend calling him.

I hired Tito's plumbing to install a tub. He couldn't figure it out with the instructions. He called the tub company for direction. He went to Home Depot a couple times and then left. He never showed back up. I called him back. He said he'd be there the next day. No show. Then a couple days later he sent a text that he had an emergency and was too busy and then proceeded to tell me to go find another plumber. I ended up installing the tub myself without calling for instructions. If you want a reliable expert Tito is not your guy.

Tito's Plumbing was recommended to us by our handyman that did not have the expertise or tools to fix our toilet. It was leaking around the base as a result of an old root system that grew around and then inside our rental's master toilet bowl. Very creepy, ha. Tito came out, snaked the toilet, then scoped / video'd it (like a colonoscopy) to see if the roots had broken the pipe. It turned out that the roots hadn't, so we will remove the old plants and roots outside that are impacting the plumbing. Tito came out the very same day, with all the equipment needed, and charged far less than expected. He was very nice, professional, and happy to help. He is relatively new, so able to come out quickly. He comes from Santa Maria, but serves San Luis Obispo, where our rental home is. Nice guy, great job, left our bathroom spotless.
