My sink was clogged the day after Christmas, I called Tito's Plumbing at 9 AM- he showed up at 12:10 and had the problem fixed in about 45 minutes. It needed to be snaked. The service went extremely well, tito was prompt, courteous and extremely efficient and Knowledgeable. He took time to explain to me everything he was doing and most importantly he cleaned everything up before leaving. Thank You for your service.

Called to schedule my office for repair that's has a leak and the lady who answered their phone picked it up yelling I have no clue what her issue is but that was very unprofessional. Called another company instead ??

I'm from out of the area and was called in to provide support services for the Lake Fire. My water tanker broke down day 3. I needed parts and service so I could get back on the line. Tito's Plumbing went out of their way, and took time out of his day to find the unconventional parts. All at what I thought was a more than fair price. He is a very skilled and hardworking young man. I can no longer endorse this business. When you're put on a ""do not service"" list through no fault of your own, but because the business owner mishandled a disgruntled water company representative, it's time to come to the realization that you just can't fix stupid.

Requested a quote after hours on a rainy night about a blockage in the main sewage line outside. Jose responded promptly with a very reasonable quote, which I accepted, and he arrived in about 20 mins. He went to work and finished very quickly. He was very nice and professional and definitely saved my day because, as I said, it was after hours. He did not inflate his price despite this fact, and I so appreciate him. The price I paid did not exceed his quote. I will definitely use this service if needed in the future.

Called Tito's and was quoted $140 total for the job. His charge is $140/hr.

Their worker arrived at our driveway at 1:22pm but chilled in their car and didn't get into the house until 1:29pm, but he started charging us since 1:22. Thought I wouldn't know but we had him clocked in our video doorbell.

Went to his van twice to get tools that took him about 10 minutes or more of our time. Tools he gathered did not require that much time. Like a ladder.

Finished the job with 10 minutes left before the hour then he went back to his van to write up our ""bill"". He stayed out there until it passed the 1 hour mark and charged us an extra 30 minutes. We didn't even see the bill he supposedly wrote up. He just showed us his phone calculator app with the amount.

Texted the number to complained about our experience. Tito's was nice enough to make things right and charge us the right amount. But then he said to never call them for their service again.

Shady business practice and rude. Would not recommend.

Jose did a great job. He was very kind, polite, helpful and did a thorough job. I liked how he was willing to come out on a short notice and also it being a weekend he kept us informed on what was happening and did not give us a run around pricing. I would totally recommend this company.
