Titanz sent Michael to help us with a new hose Bibb (spicket to me). We had a splitter coming off the outdoor faucet going to a pool autofill and a drip line to trees. The spicket was in bad shape and everything leaked coming off it no matter what. Rather than JUST replace what I had, he ran a dedicated water line to the autofill with a separate shut off valve for that. Then he has a spicket separate which I can now have the timer drip line and even a hose hooked to it if need be! Above and beyond what I would have wanted or thought of! Thank you Titanz! Excellent service and assistance.

I had a plumbing disaster. When my washer drained it flooded the kitchen floor. I called Titanz since they had good reviews. I'm new to Florida and didn't know any plumbers. Ken and Trevor came out early Thursday morning 1/31/19 and I described my problem. They augured out the drains but the problem still persisted, although they did remove a clog in the bathroom sewer line. The found a break in the kitchen sewer line, under the slab and gave me the option to by pass the sewer line, rather than jackhammer the kitchen floor. They came back out after the permit was pulled, only a day later, and capped off the old line and re routed my sewer line. They connected to the line in the front yard. They had to jack hammer the driveway but did an excellent job on the concrete repair, even though that is not their specialty. Hats off to Ken, Trevor and Caleb for being so professional and friendly and doing such an excellent job.

We highly recommend Titanz Plumbing. I kept getting a bad sewer smell coming from the bathrooms. They performed a smoke test and didn't find any problems with the pipes/lines. Then they performed a hydro jetting, I was given videos of the job performed and we are very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend Titanz for any plumbing needs. Customer service was fantastic.

Used Titanz Plumbing because they are Lowe's Cape Coral insider when I needed a new water heater. Overall the service was great. Plumber was on time and did a complete, professional installation of the new water heater exceeding my expectations. However, I think the labor charge for one minor """"extra"""" was excessive to say the least. We needed a new inside shut-off valve and, even though he had to cut the old feed lines to hookup the new unit he charged me an additional $40.00 labor just to glue in the new, inline valve!! Less than a minute of extra """"labor"""" for this excessive charge. Just beware of this type of excessive add-on! I would have given a 5 Star rating if not for this event which was clearly taking advantage of my situation.

My daughter is a new homeowner and she was having her roof replaced. When roofer caused a hole in the ac lines she called me in a panic because it was getting hot in her house. I live in Washington State so I was desperate to help her from afar. I found these guys online and based on their reviews had her call for emergency repair. They came right out, throughly explained what the issue was, helped her explain it to the roofer (done so well they ultimately paid for the fix) and got her system back up and running quickly. As a mother living almost 2k miles away from my daughter I'm very thankful for their prompt and respectful service.

This company is great! We had a late night flooding problem and Ken showed up right away to get the flooding stopped. Early the next morning Len & Joe showed up and completed all the work we needed done. By noon they were finished and life was back to normal.

Giving them a one star review for their unfair deceptive business practices. Been using them for years. Pay them every time, on time. I NEVER never screwed them, never had a bad word with them. All of a sudden they decide to start treating me like someone who is about to screw them. I made arrangements with Toni, the billing department to make my final payment within a month. My bill was pretty gigantic. I had to pay out of pocket for damage related to the 2 hurricanes that hit my place hard. So, I made an arrangement to pay the balance within a months time. I actually only asked for 2 weeks. But, they gave me 30 days. Instead of trusting a long time customer who has never screwed them, always paid on time they immediately placed some sort of lien against me (just in case I don't pay) 2 weeks after they made the agreement to 30 days. NEVER, NEVER NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. They act like they are helping you but they are not. They go behind your back and decide that you are not worthy as a long time customer to afford any mercy or graciousness. Ben, their plumber is really good at what he does. He ought to open his own business. He at least showed some compassion for this whole debacle. BEN!! PLEASE OPEN YOUR OWN COMPANY.

They just installed a water heater for us. Showed up on time and he was very knowledgeable, even showed me why the heater was bad so I could see for myself. Greatly appreciated that. I couldn't be around for the inspection so the office girl went to my house to let the inspector in. You don't find service like that anymore so it was super great!

Xtra credit for being available for Sunday emergency! However, my main drain stopped and for fee it was snaked instead of augered! Snaked works for tub, toilet or sink plugged..bit a main drain should have been augered. Difference: the 4 in main drain was opened with the snake a small hole possibly only one inch...it will work temporarily..but augered it would last for several years. Snaking a main drain allowed for a return call in a couple months. Most people do not know this! I will wait a month .if it lasts that long and then call Charlotte Plumbing for a quality job and get it properly cleaned (augered) of course for another charge. I also had been careful to leave the overflow muck confined to the bathroom and utility room, buy the time the service man left, he had tracked the overflow muck into the kitchen, down the hall, Thur the front room and out the front door...necessitating a whole house cleaning.
