I had a plumbing disaster. When my washer drained it flooded the kitchen floor. I called Titanz since they had good reviews. I'm new to Florida and didn't know any plumbers. Ken and Trevor came out early Thursday morning 1/31/19 and I described my problem. They augured out the drains but the problem still persisted, although they did remove a clog in the bathroom sewer line. The found a break in the kitchen sewer line, under the slab and gave me the option to by pass the sewer line, rather than jackhammer the kitchen floor. They came back out after the permit was pulled, only a day later, and capped off the old line and re routed my sewer line. They connected to the line in the front yard. They had to jack hammer the driveway but did an excellent job on the concrete repair, even though that is not their specialty. Hats off to Ken, Trevor and Caleb for being so professional and friendly and doing such an excellent job.

Used Titanz Plumbing because they are Lowe's Cape Coral insider when I needed a new water heater. Overall the service was great. Plumber was on time and did a complete, professional installation of the new water heater exceeding my expectations. However, I think the labor charge for one minor """"extra"""" was excessive to say the least. We needed a new inside shut-off valve and, even though he had to cut the old feed lines to hookup the new unit he charged me an additional $40.00 labor just to glue in the new, inline valve!! Less than a minute of extra """"labor"""" for this excessive charge. Just beware of this type of excessive add-on! I would have given a 5 Star rating if not for this event which was clearly taking advantage of my situation.

Had an issue with my new water filter system, the guy got rocks in the pipes, they had to call the professionals, Titanz fast and has a friendly staff. They fixed all issues in under an hour! Very knowledgeable gave me a lot of great advice. Will do business again.

Entire staff is professional, polite and most importantly, TRUST WORTHY. I was given a more than reasonable price for a large job at my house. (My plumber friend from Miami was very impressed with the price AND the quality of the work). They were on-time, they worked cleanly, and they were HONEST. Office staff is communicate and professional at every interaction. Titanz is a rare find; They are trustworthy, honest, and professional...and in this area, as a person new to town, and a single woman....let me tell you, that is something special! I couldn't recommend them more!

They just installed a water heater for us. Showed up on time and he was very knowledgeable, even showed me why the heater was bad so I could see for myself. Greatly appreciated that. I couldn't be around for the inspection so the office girl went to my house to let the inspector in. You don't find service like that anymore so it was super great!

Titanz is as good as it gets! I have used their services several times (actually I did review Titanz last year) and wonder why the review isn't showing. The technicians show up on time, know what they are doing and don't try to sell you services you do not need. It is so refreshing! If you have any hesitation, don't . They are reliable, professional, and reasonable. Can't ask for more than that.

I had TitanZ plumbing do some kitchen plumbing and replace a main water valve. He ran out of time and stated he would come back at a later date to replace the main water valve and quoted the price on the bill. 33 days later I called to arrange for this as I had not heard back from them. Rachel, from Titanz called back after I made the appointment informing me that because the quote was in excess of 30 days that a new charge would be up to $100 greater (equates to a 60% increase) over the original quote even though I had given the go ahead to come back ASAP from the original work date. Do not do business with this company as these are not fair business practices, not to mention I have had a leak with the original work that was done.

Poor excuse for an exclusive recommended plumbing installer for LOWES. Not dependable, not on time, as promised. Oh and totally didn't show up for and emergency hot water install. Stay away from these guys. What a joke.
