Rob's been fixing issues with my house for over a year now. He switched over my oil heat to gas, installed a brand new sump pump, and fixed leaks I've had throughout the year. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. I highly recommend to anyone.

Called Rob based on Yelp reviews and was so happy I did. He did some troubleshooting and repaired/ replaced some items in the bathroom. Very knowledgable and friendly. Easy to work with...all around great experience. You can't go wrong with Rob.

I needed a plumber badly this weekend because the shower in my bathroom was running uncontrollably and the only way to stop it was to turn off the main water line for the entire house. I called Titanuim because of the raving reviews from past Yelpers stating that they were on call when you need them. Well, I called them on a Saturday night and Rob said he would call us back the next day. This was a little surprising seeing that others said he came out immediately despite the time and day. Regardless we waited until Sunday for his call, which he did. However, he told us he had a family emergency and was not available. I understand that family does take priority.

However, your website states that your services are available eveyday from 7a to 10p for emergency services. The website kept using the word ""WE"" and to me, this means that there are multiple people involved in this company who are available when one is not. After talking to Rob on Sunday it seemed like he was the only one in this company and when he is not available the consumer is left helpless because there is no one else to come to your aid. I do not understand why someone would say ""WE"" on their website when there is only one person. This is very misleading to the consumer. I don't know what constitutes as an emergency to Titanium but I would think that no running water for 2 days is an emergency.

I am sure Titanium does great work in emergency situations, but I have yet to see the greatness that is boasted by the previous Yelpers.

Rob is my guy. We have had a few issues with our plumbing and heating. And Rob always delivers great service. Reliable. Thorough. And is fast while getting the job done. Also we have hard water in our town and Rob was able to help us out with that. We call him and no one else.

Rob did 2 jobs for me, and he's the best priced out there and is very efficient. He made sure to stay and clean up after replacing my kitchen sink - he even walked around my tenant's building to find a dumpster nearby to dispose of it properly. Extremely dedicated, and would hire again.

After working with several contractors who either charged a lot of money for a very poor work quality, or charged a lot of money and couldn't deliver what was promised, finding Rob was so refreshing.

Not only did Rob deliver excellent quality work, he stayed on budget, and his prices were fair. Additionally Rob has one of the nicest personalities around! He was very patient, very considerate, stuck to his word, and did a great job.

Yelp helped me find Rob and I couldn't be more grateful!

I am a bit out of the way for him, but for me, he is my ""go to"" plumber. Have recommended him to everyone :)

Called them up because my washing machine was backing up. Not only was Rob a gentleman but he did a great job and more importantly charged a fair price, which is not to common in the plumbing business. He will be the only plumber I will use from now on.

Wow! I had no idea how happy finding an awesome plumber like Rob would make me. I had read the other great reviews on Yelp and gave him a try. He is punctual, very nice, smart AND affordable. Initially, I needed a faucet fixed but I had always wanted a water softener and purificiation system for the house. Rob sent out a sample of the water, gave me an estimate and a few days later, setup the new system. It's amazing. The water tastes great and feels terrific on the skin. What a difference. Thank you, Rob!!

While we didn't have an emergency issue, Rob showed up right away to cut down our gas feed in the kitchen so that our new gas range would fit.

I have to say, we were really impressed with Rob's responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge. He definitely knows his craft and deserves the great reviews he's received on here (that's how we found him).

Through our experience with him, we discovered a) he does quality work, b) his pricing is extremely affordable, and c) he goes above and beyond what you hire him for.

If you want the job done right the first time, call him! We've already started recommending him to our friends and will definitely be using Titanium again.

Rob was recommended by a good friend, and I am glad we took the recommendation. We have gone through our run of the mill plumbers electricians contractors. They all sound the same and you get the same run around.

Rob is definitely the one you can count on in plumbing and heating. He is hard working, knows what he is doing, RELIABLE, TRUST WORTHY. And with all that he does not charge you extra for his great traits. He is reasonably priced. You almost feel guilty not paying more because he is that good in his field.

No job is too small or too large. He came at our rescue, also from damage of frozen pipes. (mind you other plumbers thought it was no big deal and wanted to give us appointments in a week or two) We had other problems that we were going to address at another time but Rob left such a good impression that we wanted to use his expertise.

And luckily we did! He saved my family of 3 little kids (6,5,1) from carbon monoxide poisoning by noticing a small crack in my tank less system piping. That really would not have been detected.

Titanium Plumbing and heating is definitely the one to call and use!
