Called on Friday because the water started backing up in the tub. I was told that they could not get there until Monday 4/12/2022. I said no problem since the water is still going down very slowly. I made an appointment for 4:30 pm on Monday. At 5.30 pm when no one showed up I called back to see what was the delay. I was told he was delayed because of another job. I said ok will you still be able to get to my location.

He stated that he had to make a phone call and get back to me. He returned my call about 20 minutes later and stated that they are still tied up and will not able to make it. He also stated that they normally stop work at 5 pm. The hours they post on there website that states until 8 pm is misleading.

We called Citywide Plumbing who stated they could get to my location in an hour and they did. The person that showed up was very professional and neat.

Problem resolved by Citywide.

I would not recommend them at all.

Excellent. Service professional John was professional and persistent in resolving my issue, He first inspected the main sewer line with a camera (at my request), explaining the condition of the line and the blockage. He then worked diligently to clear what was a major root blockage in the line. Since the blockage was excessive, John needed to ""chip away"" and slowly remove the bulk of the roots. He retrieved ALOT of roots by being patient and persistent with this challenging blockage. Another sewer company (C.W.) had come 7 weeks prior and was not as persistent with the problem and did not resolve it. When complete John re-camerad the pipe and showed and explained to me the results. The price was very fair considering the time spent and the results. I highly recommend Titan for their result driven approach. PS - They were also very neat, putting down a large tarp on my carpeted stairs down to the basement. No other company has done that in he past.

Very bad way to run a business. Main is clogged and of course I have house guests. I called At 9:30 am and was told by the owner that they would take care of my problem after 3. Now it is 4:45 and he calls to say they cannot make it. I had all day to call someone else if
I had known earlier. Wish I could rate lower because this was not a service, it was a disservice. I could never recommend or use this company again.

We need a maintenance visit for our water lines and left several messages for. Them over a period of two weeks. No call back. Now, we finally reached them, they said they're very busy. We asked if they're interested in doing this job, they said no and hung up!!!!

Avoid at all costs.

We were referred to Titan for our slow moving kitchen drain.
We were initially worried because of our wood floors and farmhouse sink. We were pleasantly surprised how neat and clean Michael was. He came in with booties over his shoes so he would not track any snow in into our home. He also put wheel covers over his plumbing snake.
He gave my wife tips how to keep the drain moving without using any harsh chemicals. They were slightly pricey but totally worth it. I highly recommend them.
