On the morning of NYE, I discovered a clogged drain. As this had happened before and I thought I caught it early, I convinced myself I could handle it. Plus, it was the holiday, and I thought it would be ultra expensive.

After spending the day trying to find someone reasonable, I had a phone consultation with Jimmy that evening, who offered a decent quote. I requested someone come first thing in the morning New Year's Day as I did not want to interrupt anyone's time with their family.

Mike arrived at my home the next morning bright and early as promised. He cleared the clog, all the while explaining what he was doing. Afterward, he explained a possible solution to keep this from happening again.

After testing his work, he cleaned up! He left no sign anyone had been working in that area!

Both Jimmy and Mike were uber-professional, personable, and honest. These guys will not do a half-assed job just to keep coming back and taking your money if there is an easy solution to your problem. I will have Titan Plumbing back to implement their recommendation.

So my youngest buys his first house. His wife is mucho pregnant and they have a toddler who has lived in a COVID cocoon in Brooklyn all of her life.

First disaster - Ida, flooding and a dead sump pump. They tried frantically to get help and after lots of rejections, Titan saved the day. Jimmy the owner installed a new sump pump then the hot water heater that had also got damaged.

A couple months later I come up to help with toddler and newborn. The toilet wobbles and there is the smell of sewer gas. Then a leak under the kitchen sink which has the water hoses incorrectly installed and no venting. The dishwasher had also quit.

Called Titan and I get to meet Jimmy. As happens in old houses one thing leads to another but the Titan crew handled it all. They were there when they said they would be and we even got a text the next day to be sure all is okay.

This is new age plumbing with old school attention to detail. They went over everything so they would understand. They knew how important a functioning house was at this time of their life.

Jimmy and his team did an excellent job replacing a broken stop valve toilet line and flow valve. They where very professional Extremely clean and left the work area spotless. I can give this company my complete endorsement and we will definitely use them again when we have a plumber job that is above my pay grade. They where also very reasonably priced.

I went to visit my mother one evening and found her sink was clogged. I sent an email through Yelp to Titan and got a response almost immediately, asking me to call them. I called first thing the next morning and they picked up right away -- no waiting, no call backs. I spoke to the owner, Jimmy, who said he could go over to my mother's house when he finished the job he was working on. He texted me back within an hour and said he was on his way over there. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and even sent me a short video of the sink draining! Jimmy was courteous, efficient, and reliable. Great job all around. Will definitely use again!

Found Titan Plumbing on Yelp after needing a plumber for an emergency! Jimmy the owner came out quickly and was communicative and helpful. He took pictures to show us where he would need to replace our plumbing and what he would do to have it resolved quickly. He wrote up an invoice for us to review that same day, and then came out 2 days later to complete the work. He was efficient and send us photos and videos of the work as it was being done. He and his colleague wore 2 masks the entire time. They finished the work in a prompt manner and cleaned up after themselves. His work comes with a 5 year warranty! I hope I won't need to call a plumber again but would call Jimmy if we had a problem.

My water heater died on a Friday evening. Upon diagnosing the issue myself, I determined that a critical part was to blame and it wasn't worth it price wise to put it towards fixing an older water heater. Later that evening, I used yelp's service to find someone who can put a water heater in short notice. Jimmy was the 1 of 4 who I contacted but he was most prompt. (the others took a little too long for them to respond back, or would refuse to divulge a price quote unless I called first.) From photos I sent to him from the existing water heater installation, he made a quote and said he was able to get it done on Saturday. After a little back and forth over text, a price was decided and a final call was made to get work started on Saturday. Jimmy and his crew came by earlier than I expected early afternoon but did not rush me to get them in. When they did come in, they wheeled the new heater in, disassembled the old one and put the new one in. The crew used soap and water to make sure all the connections were sound. It total it took just under 3 hrs, with maybe 45 minutes waiting for the old water heater to drain out before hauling it out. Overall I had a good interaction with both of them.

Not going to lie, if I could have waited a few days I probably could have gotten a lower overall price since I could have shopped around for pricing. but, 1. Jimmy gave me an actual number without too much fuss 2. Was able to do it short notice. This sealed the deal for me. It helps that he was pleasant too!

It's been a while since the installation happened and I have no complaints about the work.

They missed diagnosed the problem..... They told me I needed to have the lead bend pipe replaced and it would cost me 900.00 to do the job.. They charged my husband who was home at the time 175.00 just to look at it...... I had my neighbor's plumber's check it out and he said it was the wax ring that needed to be replaced and not the lead bend pipe.. The charge was only 50.00 to repair.. Glad I got a second opinion!!

I apparently had a pipe in the walls that was leaking and creating a problem in the unit beneath me. The pipe was replaced (PVC piping)

I keep (kept) thirty five cents (a quarter and a dime) on the fourth and fifth steps respectively but upon completion of the work (which I think was pricy) the thirty-five cents had disappeared

I was gonna let this go but something so trivial really started bothering me so here I am. And I have been looking , figuring that maybe the coins had gotten kicked down the stairs but to no avail no coins recovered during my search ....

We were having issues with the sewer line and Titan plumbing did an amazing job cleaning the line. Very professional and knowledgeable. Everything is working fine now.
