This plumbing company saved me from a disaster by someone who called himself a master plumber. Please please beware of these workers on their own pretending to know what they are doing ! I called Titan and the owner answered the phone on a Sunday! He patiently listened to my tale of woe and promised to send his best plumber and he kept his promise! Don't hesitate to use this company ! They are reliable, honest and professional.

We had them come to fix the diverter in our bathroom shower, install stop valves and replace the bathroom faucets. They were timely and not expensive. Then we had them come out to fix a leak under the kitchen sink and replace the faucet. The leak seemed to be fixed but it wasn't. We called them and they came out the next day to identify the problem and fix the repairs. Of course they charged us nothing for that visit. Moreover the whole thing was very inexpensive!

Amazing service all around! Called them about a problem with a toilet that wouldn't flush and a broken garbage disposal. Got an appointment for the next day. Repair man arrived and was professional and friendly. Fixed the toilet and said the disposal needed to be replaced and that their scheduler would contact me about their returning to install. Got a call within 5 mins after the repairman left and they offered to come back to do the install the same day. Repairman was back in less than 2 hours and completed the install in about 30 mins!

Second time we've used Titan Plumbing and continue to be very happy with their response time, professionalism, and ability to fix the issue. This time we had a toilet that was clogged and would not flush properly. Called Jasmine in the morning and she was able to dispatch one of the guys (sorry, forget his name) by early afternoon. He was able to diagnose the issue, had to remove the toilet to snake the pipe properly, cleared the blockage and reinstalled the toilet in about 1.5 hours. Did a great job on the caulking along the floor too, PLUS he cleaned up after himself quite thoroughly. Never thrilled with the price of such repairs, but definitely in line with going rates and happy to pay someone else to do the work. While needing a plumber is never a good thing, we're thrilled we found Titan Plumbing Repair as this team is great. Highly recommend them.

As President of our Condo Association it seems when things go badly, they happen in bunches. Yesterday in the middle of all types of other issues a main water line broke in front of one of our building and water was flowing everywhere. An online search led me to Titan plumbing. Aaron was quick to return my call, answer all my questions and he indicated he would have a crew out 1st thing in the morning between 8 and 10. Arriving timely, they examined the problem, explained the solution and began the repairs. His crew was competent, efficient, and professional and both water pipes were repaired, new valves installed with shut offs in case of future issues on the same line. His pricing was appropriate for the scope of the work done. I will be putting them in our Condo Rolodex, and they have certainly earned our business going forward with all out pluming issues.

I own a Property Management and a Remodeling company. I have been using Titan Plumbing for almost 5 years now and I couldn't be happier. Aaron (Owner) runs a tight ship. He is very knowledgeable and is always on top of his crew making sure that the customer is satisfied before they leave a job site. I have to admit they are not the cheapest plumbing company out there but they are for sure among the best!
