I own a Property Management and a Remodeling company. I have been using Titan Plumbing for almost 5 years now and I couldn't be happier. Aaron (Owner) runs a tight ship. He is very knowledgeable and is always on top of his crew making sure that the customer is satisfied before they leave a job site. I have to admit they are not the cheapest plumbing company out there but they are for sure among the best! You can try to save a buck or two with a cheaper company but you will end up paying and regretting it later. Guaranteed! Trust Aaron and his team. I assure you you will not regret it!

As President of our Condo Association it seems when things go badly, they happen in bunches. Yesterday in the middle of all types of other issues a main water line broke in front of one of our building and water was flowing everywhere. An online search led me to Titan plumbing. Aaron was quick to return my call, answer all my questions and he indicated he would have a crew out 1st thing in the morning between 8 and 10. Arriving timely, they examined the problem, explained the solution and began the repairs. His crew was competent, efficient, and professional and both water pipes were repaired, new valves installed with shut offs in case of future issues on the same line. His pricing was appropriate for the scope of the work done. I will be putting them in our Condo Rolodex, and they have certainly earned our business going forward with all out pluming issues.

We had them come to fix the diverter in our bathroom shower, install stop valves and replace the bathroom faucets. They were timely and not expensive. Then we had them come out to fix a leak under the kitchen sink and replace the faucet. The leak seemed to be fixed but it wasn't. We called them and they came out the next day to identify the problem and fix the repairs. Of course they charged us nothing for that visit. Moreover the whole thing was very inexpensive!

Second time we've used Titan Plumbing and continue to be very happy with their response time, professionalism, and ability to fix the issue. This time we had a toilet that was clogged and would not flush properly. Called Jasmine in the morning and she was able to dispatch one of the guys (sorry, forget his name) by early afternoon. He was able to diagnose the issue, had to remove the toilet to snake the pipe properly, cleared the blockage and reinstalled the toilet in about 1.5 hours. Did a great job on the caulking along the floor too, PLUS he cleaned up after himself quite thoroughly. Never thrilled with the price of such repairs, but definitely in line with going rates and happy to pay someone else to do the work. While needing a plumber is never a good thing, we're thrilled we found Titan Plumbing Repair as this team is great. Highly recommend them.

I was in need of plumbing for a condo in a location i've never been. I flagged down Jose from Titan plumbing as he was in his car about to go to another unit. He graciously gave me a quote and did an amazing job. I never leave reviews but Titan is fair, honest, and deserves an amazing review.

I'm saddened to have to write this review, but reviews should reflect objective and honest opinions of experiences, and this one does just that. I contacted Titan 12/21 regarding cast iron pipe replacement. A bit to my surprise I was provided an appointment for 12/22. However, Titan was a no show/no call for the appointment. At 11:23 pm that same night I received an automated text rescheduling the appointment for 12/26. There's a $75 estimate fee, which is completely expected and fair. Aaron came out to the house on the 26th, two hours beyond the appointment window. I'm okay with the lateness but would expect a call to let me know. Aaron did a complete assessment of the work needed, even crawling in a second access point at my request. Given the holiday period I waited a couple of days (12/28) to contact Titan, after I didn't get the estimate. Aaron promised to get the estimate to me over the weekend (12/30 - 12/31). No estimate. I waited until 1/2 to reach out, after not receiving the estimate. Aaron indicated he had a large job that had taken his attention but promised to get me the estimate by the afternoon. It's now the following day and while I got a email requesting me to write """"a nice review,"""" I still have no estimate, nor any contact with when I should expect one. I'm sure Titan does good work and as a small company can sometimes get overwhelmed, especially over holidays. However, basic communication and follow though cannot be ignored. I'm hoping Aaron will provide the estimate as promised. I'll let you know if he does.

I called Aaron with Titan Plumbing after we discovered that our shower pan was leaking water into the condo beneath us. Just speaking to him on the phone gave me confidence. He immediately dispatched a team to my home and within very short order had everything repaired and prepared for my tile guy to come in behind them. I was incredibly impressed with Titan's highest levels of professionalism, efficiency, expertise, and communication. The cost of the work was entirely in line with the nature of the work. Titan has my highest recommendation!!
