The guys showed up and want $175 to change .38¢ worth of o-rings. Said they could change the o-rings without replacing the whole valve. Never even took it apart to see if the valve was bad! Rip off artists!!!!!! Stay away from these guys unless you like getting robbed!!!!

Man! These guys are lifesavers!
The flexable hose sprung a leak, squirting a fine mist on me.
I've worked with them a few times, especially when they had a different name. So I called them around Noon.
The lady said on the phone that their schedule was full for today, but they've been working fast, so there's a chance. If not, first thing in the morning.

Fingers crossed, they showed up at 3:50pm & replaced the flexable hose.

This business charges outrageous prices for little to no work! My sink was not fixed even after they came 2 days in a row. Over $400 for it to be exactly the same. I'd say that money went down the drain, but these people never fixed it sooo....
And the customer service is awful! The receptionists are so rude and go round and round in circles with no proper directions as to fixing my problem. Not sure how they made it this far honestly
I do not recommend, take your business elsewhere! Unfortunately I can't post with ZERO stars cause that's really what this place deserves. This place is not trust worthy. I have our entire conversation recorded and the disrespect and lack of composure from both receptionists!

This company might as well be called TITAN UPSELLING PLUMBING I'll explain why. Their lack of ethics is REPULSIVE
My sink was backed up with murky water so first step was to snake it to clear. After a few attempts in the bathroom and from the roof, the tech was unsuccessful and said he needs the camera to see the problem ($200) shows up next day, uses the camera but still cannot see the problem since the water is still murky... Keep in mind the tech said that if he would have drained the line prior, the camera would be visible and given us clear picture of where the break is, Instead he runs the camera THROUGH the murky water and GUESSES that the line is broken to be able to justify breaking my floors and sink to get to the problem. My question is, if the tech said we could have waited a day for it to clear why couldn't we do that instead of charging me full price for a partial diagnostic when I could have gotten a FULL diagnostic had he drained the line before using the camera??? They want to go straight to digging with inconclusive hunches that something down there may be broken. I DO NOT WANT TO TEAR MY FLOORS AND MY WALLS AND BREAK MY SINK FOR A MAYBE (his plan)

Very shady to be honest when I call the office to complain they straight up said that they didn't like my tone because I wasn't happy forking over $200 for inconclusive testing, again, HOW CAN ANYONE SEE WHATS BROKEN IF THEY CANNOT PHYSICALLY SEE THE BROKEN PIPE DUE TO MURKY WATER?? The lady had the AUDACITY to say that I'm harassing her when I called back the two times she decided she was done speaking to me and hung up. She then processed with the payment in full for a partial job after she stated that she was going to call the police lol I've never had a company with the balls to try to do me dirty and then click on me and process the payment freakin thieves to say the least
Oh I forgot to include the best part, they cleared some of the drain with the camera by accident but swear that it's broken even though they can't see because of the murky water. GEEEEE IF ONLY THERE WAS SOME SORT OF PLUMBER CAMERA WHERE U CAN SEE AND SHOW THE CUSTOMER WHERE THE BREAK IS!! attitude with both the ladies over the phone was dog sh!t the first one hung up on me and the second one tried to and she still had the BALLS to charge me the FULL $200 I know this is meth town so that's what I'm gonna assume she's high off of charging me $430 TOTAL for FIXING NOTHING CAUSE MY LINE STILL ISNT ALL THE WAY CLEAR!!! If ur gonna charge for a camera IT AT LEAST BETTER BE VISIBLE BECAUSE I WANT TO SEE WHERE THE PROBLEM IS. I got 2nd and 3rd opinions with other plumbers and they all agreed that it's ethically wrong to charge me for a camera if it's still not gonna show you where the problem is. Rude, arrogant pain in my ass they only get 1 star for AUDACITY i just wanted my sink cleared and it turned into all this
I have both conversation on the phone recorded and I cannot wait to see the justifications when they respond to this I keep it big facts only

Without any type of exaggeration, if I could give a negative rating for Titan Plumbing I would. Working with this company has been the worst experience I've ever had with ANY business. This business takes the cake on the most disrespectful customer service and dissatisfaction with work ""performed"". I can make this a lengthy review and go into detail on how they tried to up-sell us on services and charge us full price for something they didn't even do, but I'll do my best to keep it short and simple... STAY AWAY! The receptionist over the phone was upset that we were questioning the work that was ""done""/not done and it was quite evident that they want their customers to be ignorant and not question them. She was so upset, she went ahead and charged my bank card (apparently saved on file from a previous invoice I had paid onlinw for) WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION FROM ME and hung up on us! We called the company back and I asked her about the authorization, she said it was authorized by me ""on-site"" meaning I authorized it in person at the property. I wasn't even in Bakersfield, I've been in LA this whole week. After telling her that she continued to lie saying I authorized it verbally over the phone which is NOT true. She didn't even tell me the amount she was going to charge me, I am disputing it now with my bank. If you're reading this, SAVE YOUR MONEY & SAVE YOUR TIME and go somewhere else! If the company tries to respond to my review to apologize and to build their own narrative they are just virtue signaling to you and to other potential new clients, don't buy it. They have my phone number and my email if they want to make it right.

We have relied on Titan for a couple of years now. They're quick to arrive, priced fairly, and always courteous. The plumbing in our house is old and we can't afford to have it redone yet, so unfortunately we have recurring problems. The most recent visit is what finally brought me to leave a review. Our shower was leaking (which is something they repaired several months ago) so I gave them a call and they had a guy out within the hour. He came, looked it over, and resolved the issue quickly. Unrelated to the shower, our front door was hard to open and close. You had to pull hard to open it and push hard to shut it. So as he was leaving he asked, ""you mind if I fix this?"" and he quickly tightened some screws and fixed our front door! All this for FREE.
Overall, they offer great customer service and do great work. I definitely recommend.

Loved working with there guys. The were polite, on time, reasonably priced. They found the problem with my water heater right away. Will be calling them back for all of my plumbing needs!

The worst, overcharging company. I do not recommend Titan Plumbing. Titan wanted to charge me $675.00 for a water leak. After asking why so much,, the plumbers that came out said ""copper is expensive"". Not $675.00. The plumber said I'll write you the quote. They got in there vehicle and left without leaving me the quote, very unprofessional. Don't call these people, bad business.

Titan Plumbing is our new go-to!
We had a pipe break outside and were without running water for a few days while we dealt with our (extremely unhelpful) home warranty people.
Thankfully when we contacted Titan Plumbing, they were able to come out the next evening to give a quote, and begin work the following day.
I appreciate their great communication! They always let us know when they'd be arriving, and even went out of their way to show/explain the situation in detail so we understood everything.
The best part - we had running water again by the end of the day!!!
I'm very grateful that I found this company and will be a repeat customer for sure. :)
