We hired Titan to repipe our home. Their quote was reasonable. They show up in time, they worked diligently to replace the incoming water pipes on our 68 year old raised foundation home. They cleaned up after each work day and completed l the in j job in 2 days. I would highly recommend Titan!!

J had never used this business before. I phoned the office after 4:00 pm and 2 service men arrived about 20 minutes later. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and had my problem repaired in about 20 minutes. They explained the issue to me and mentioned that the work was guaranteed for 30 days. I was extremely pleased.

Don't count on this place, not reliable!!! Technician said he tried calling me and I didn't answer, really??? Do you really think i wouldn't answer a call to get my water heating fixed?!!!!! ugh can't stand when people lie!!!!

Excellent customer service! I called thinking I was calling my original plumbing company and found out that they had retired 2 years ago and that Titan had purchased the business. I will continue to use Titan for all my plumbing needs. They called and verified the appointment and called 10 minutes before arriving. They immediately repaired my toilet and explained in detail why I was having an issue. They were honest, and I truly appreciated that the 2 repairmen wore masks. I would recommend Titan Plumbing to all!

The guys showed up and want $175 to change .38¢ worth of o-rings. Said they could change the o-rings without replacing the whole valve. Never even took it apart to see if the valve was bad! Rip off artists!!!!!! Stay away from these guys unless you like getting robbed!!!!

Man! These guys are lifesavers!
The flexable hose sprung a leak, squirting a fine mist on me.
I've worked with them a few times, especially when they had a different name. So I called them around Noon.
The lady said on the phone that their schedule was full for today, but they've been working fast, so there's a chance. If not, first thing in the morning.

Fingers crossed, they showed up at 3:50pm & replaced the flexable hose.
YAY!
