I needed an automatic water shut-off value installed on my main water line, due to insurance requirements. Michael was quick to respond to my inquiry. He provided a fair estimate, confirmed our appointment, and arrived on time. Michael is very professional and not only completed the job, but also made sure the app worked on my phone. He also looked at a leaky bathroom faucet while he was there and fixed that, no charge! I would hire Michael again.

Texted Titan on a Monday at 11am about a toilet clog at my house. Mike respond promptly and gave me a good value estimate and said he's available at 12-1p. Awesome he could come so quickly. I gave him the lay of the land with the plumbing layout and he thought through several options and explained them to me and his recommended plan of attack. It wasn't a straight forward snake through the toilet solution since the blockage was further down the line past 2 vanities. Long story short, he fixed it in under an hour. He was also very considerate when he put on booties (without me asking) before entering my house and laid down a protective cloth on my bathroom floor to keep it clean. He also cleaned up a bit after he finished leaving no trace that he was even there. Mike was very personable, friendly, honest, and trustworthy! You could tell he is knowledge about his craft and cares to help you out. 5-stars. 100%. A+++. Highly recommended. I'm planning on having him back to install a new cleanout in my sewer line in my crawl space under the house and all my future plumbing needs.
