Beware! Free is Not Free! I called to get the free estimate from the postcard that I got in the mail. The hot water pressure in my kitchen was very low so I thought no harm in getting it checked out. Wrong! The plumber that came was nice enough and full of advice. He was able to isolate the problem to the faucet itself. However, I never imagined he would leave me with such a mess. Yes, new problems. Not only does the faucet now leak I also have a puddle under my sink. I called and spoke to someone who identified herself as the manager. She told me they can't send anyone till Tuesday. The problem is, today is Friday. On top of that she became defensive and repeated several times that they didn't charge me. Im totally disgusted!

The manager Latisha is extremely rude. I called to complain about none of my calls being returned. Their technician didn't fix my issue that I paid for. They first sent me out a technician who tried to scam me and they say that's not their problem because they got rid of him. Latisha Constantly spoke over me. I run the HOA at 2 of our communities that we only recommend Titan, but not anymore. I do not recommend at all. Unprofessional customer service can cost you a lot.

I've used Titan a few times now. I always contact them in a pinch when something at home has gone wrong. I find them to be excellent communicators and really great about educating me to what's going on. I honestly don't understand why the other review is so bad. Sounds like someone who just doesn't want to hear bad news. *shrug*

Be aware, this company is a complete scammer! Though their service fee is only 19 dollars, they charge a diagnostic fee for 200$ plus labor fee, and their employee will try everything to fool you and rob you. The problem with my water heater is pretty simple: just need to replace the upper element. The repair guy, Anthony, with an extremely arrogant, rude and unprofessional attitude, tried to fool me to replace the whole water heater. In his eyes, a 6-year old water heater is too old to be repaired. When I asked him to simply check if the problem was only the element, he asked 200$ for diagnostic fee plus labor fee for extra hours and cost of a new element. Together, he wanted to get around 600$. Though I am not a handy man, I am not a fool. I decided to contact other companies and finally get it repaired for only 115$. No company will charge 200$ for diagnostic fee or labor fee. The labor fee ranges from 100 to 160 $ per hour. The company I finally chose is Tri care services 7275462059.
