They do not pay the contractors. We did work at an Action Gator location. Action Gator paid their bill to Titan Maintenance, who is then supposed to pay me. Our invoice was $4343. I confirmed with Action Gator corporate that they paid TMG $6820. TMG is a bunch of crooks. They charged Action Gator $2500 extra on top of my bill for literally doing nothing, and then they refuse to pay me. Money that would go to feed my children, put clothes on their backs, and put them in school...Titan Maintenance Group is stealing.

Same problem as all of the other contractors that have written reviews for Titan Maintenance Group. We did work at Wal Mart in October 2022 and February 2023. Have not been able to collect any money for the work we completed despite all of the paperwork, signatures and photos submitted. They will not answer phone calls no matter which extension or department you try. They do not return messages or emails. Such a scam. DO NOT use this company or do work for them.

CONTRACTORS BEWARE! DO NOT WORK WITH TITAN!
Titan Maintenance Group does not pay their contractors and it is impossible to reach anyone who can provide information about payment. Titan secures contracts for big companies such as Starbucks, Target and Gamestop, and work as the middle man for repairs and maintenance. They've surely been paid by their customers, but refuse to pay the contractors who've done the actual work! Titan owes us over $11,400 for work done in January 2023 despite repeated attempts to reach accounting. We will have no recourse but to sue the company.

Too bad I didn't read the reviews before accepting the work. We are an electrical contracting company and they owe us $7,000.

If we could somehow leave negative stars we would! We are an electrical contractor that was hired by Titan to perform work at 2 Wal Marts in our area. We had a signed contract, completed work and are still waiting to be paid 8 months later.
No one at any extension will answer the phone, the A/P dept. does respond to emails - weeks later only to string you along by saying they are working on it or that "" I wish I could say that the check or ACH was made or completed but still have not received any confirmation or comments from the check signer."" signed the AP/AR Support (no actual name). The bottom line is that we did work, we haven't been paid and we shouldn't have to jump thru hoops or beg to be paid, so no we do not recommend working with Titan Maintenance. In addition, companies that contract with them should be ware that they are not paying their trades.

I am a pump out company and have done a work for Titan Maintenance. Not recommendable to work with this company. They do not pay the contractors and it is impossible to get in contact with accounts payable department or any other department. They never answer the calls, and they don't call back.

I am a drain cleaning company and have done work for Titan Maintenance Group. We have done everything required to get a payment. You can not reach anyone who takes care of accounts payable, left numerous voicemails and sent emails. They don't call you back. I would never recommend doing work for them
