If we could somehow leave negative stars we would! We are an electrical contractor that was hired by Titan to perform work at 2 Wal Marts in our area. We had a signed contract, completed work and are still waiting to be paid 8 months later.
No one at any extension will answer the phone, the A/P dept. does respond to emails - weeks later only to string you along by saying they are working on it or that "" I wish I could say that the check or ACH was made or completed but still have not received any confirmation or comments from the check signer."" signed the AP/AR Support (no actual name). The bottom line is that we did work, we haven't been paid and we shouldn't have to jump thru hoops or beg to be paid, so no we do not recommend working with Titan Maintenance. In addition, companies that contract with them should be ware that they are not paying their trades.

I am a pump out company and have done a work for Titan Maintenance. Not recommendable to work with this company. They do not pay the contractors and it is impossible to get in contact with accounts payable department or any other department. They never answer the calls, and they don't call back.

I am a drain cleaning company and have done work for Titan Maintenance Group. We have done everything required to get a payment. You can not reach anyone who takes care of accounts payable, left numerous voicemails and sent emails. They don't call you back. I would never recommend doing work for them

Did a job for them in May of 2022 - As of January 2023 we still have not been paid the $3,300+ that they owe us for the work that we quoted to them and they approved. Horrible company. We've tried calling them. No on answers any extension that you try. We email with no response back. We've mailed invoices.

Absolute CON ARTISTS... They will string you along as a contractor, drip feeding you payments all while they owe you SIGNIFICANTLY more. Than, when it comes to pay the bulk of the pay they will DISSAPEAR... They completely ripped me off. What I had to go through to get even HALF of what they owe me ($10,000) was NOT something I care to EVER do again. I had to get on their DIRTY level to get my money. I have a house, family, etc. These SCUM that would USE you to profit like this and simple DISSAPEAR is beyond disgusting and their employees should understand that their are a LOT of unsavory things people are willing to do when you owe them 10s of 1000s of dollars... Keep that in mind next time you try to RIP OF your contractors. You are building a list of enemies and we all know your names...

I'm an electrical contractor and was hired to complete some electrical work at a target store through this maintenance group . Have a signed contract with this company to complete work . I was never paid and it has currently been over 5 months since the work was completed , I have attempted to reach via phone and email . At first I was able to talk to someone but was not able to get any real answer or update. Soon after, there was no response or communication. Now I'm the process of a law suit . Very inconvenient.
