Bathroom sinks were clogged. I thought I just needed the traps cleaned out. But the blockage was actually farther down the line in my slab. They had to move heavy file cabinets to access the problem. The TV monitor showed there were a number of cracks and holes in the old pipe. Dirt was actually clogging the line. I was worried laying new pipe would be massive demolition and reconstruction. Instead, Titan sprayed a silicon liner into the damaged pipe. It essentially created a new line. One, then two, then three plumbers worked on this. The work was efficient and professional. It was pricey, but I think reasonable given the work involved.

Not the first time we have used and not the first time we requested Johnny as our service technician. Johnny diagnosed the problem and as usual he was professional, proficient and very knowledgeable. He is one of the fastest workers I've ever seen doesn't waste time gets things done while always talking to you and always briefing you as to what the problem is and how he will fix it. Don't want to call anyone a thief, so maybe they were just off. Was quoted almost 1K to solve a problem handled by a ""rooter"" job. Giving them the benefit, the result would be the same. Second opinions matter.

I have used this company a few times before with good results. Today I called and luckily they were able to send a person today to change a garbage disposal and as it turned out change rotten pipes. Louie came to relocate the gas line and water line into the walls. When he came by prior to the job to give me an estimate, I specifically asked Louie if it was going to be a problem with him working alongside my flooring company who was demoing the floor. He said ""no that was not a problem."" While he was here working, I received a call from the flooring company stating that Louie was in the way and he had an attitude. While I was on the phone with the flooring company, I walked out to where Louie was I let him know I had the flooring company on the phone and that they just called me. I let him know that they needed to work together and not get in each other's way. Louie then copped an attitude with me. I had to remind him I was the customer. The excessive holes in the wall cost me an additional $600! When they were ready to leave they turned on the water. Water was leaking down my walls from were they soldered the copper water line. Furthermore, I had to go to Lowe's and get 6 metal plates to cover the gas line and waterlines so when they install the cabinets they don't hit the lines. My painter told me that. He is not a plumber! The plumber should've known to put the metal plates on the studs! I was not happy about the phone call, nor the extra expense or the attitude.
