Excellent experience from phone call to schedule appointment to fixing the clogged shower drain. We were given an hour window when someone would come, Johnny arrived right on time, extremely professional and explained process. Clean and amazingly pleasant experience. Price was just as quoted and Johnny gave excellent recommendations to try to stop more hair from going down drain. Would definately recommend and use their services again!

It was Sunday I called Titan in the morning and was told that they could have someone out in under 2 hours for a main line clog that popped the cap on my clean out and was dumping on my front yard. Was offered and got the upgraded drain service with the larger machine at no extra charge. James the plumber took time to explain the range of expected outcomes because I had a large Redondo Beach city tree in the path of the main line to the street. I was interested in finding out the ""root"" cause of the issue so for a very reasonable fee, Titan ran a camera diagnosis and found a large root was blocking the main line where the 6 inch city pipe mated with my ABS plastic pipe. Titan took time in approximating the the physical location of the root. This was a very good experience. James was knowledgeable and I would recommend Titan for you drain needs. Titan is my new Plumber and I am going to call them again.

Our toilet has been clogged for 2 weeks now. I called Titan Brother's for a consultation. Right after 25 minutes that I had spoken to the representative- a worker named MANNY stopped by and took a look at our toilet. He tried using his tools to take away the clog but it wouldn't work. He gave us an option to open the toilet to see what the problem was.
He came back a few days later when we requested him to get it fixed. After he had seen the problem of our toilet bowl, he recommended for major repair which is gonna cost us more. We told him to give us a day to think about it and then we decided to bring him in again the following day. Then when he opened the pipes and the tank, he found alot of baby wipes, toilet papers. It was terrible! He kept recommending us the best options to what we should do. He explained to us every step of what his doing and finished the job all in one day. It took him half a day, can you believe that?
I highly recommend Manny, not only that he did an awesome job fixing our toilet, his a comedian as well! He was very approachable, friendly, and he knows his stuff!
If anything goes wrong- now I have a plumber to run too! Thank you so much!

Needed a pressure valve replaced and a gas line capped off. Justin B came out promptly, assessed the job, quoted a price and had it all wrapped up in no time. He even vacuumed up after himself.

Our water heater broke and Titans brother came out the next day and despite it being a holiday weekend were able to get me up back and running in a few hours. Manny our service guy was upfront and very professional. Made me very comfortable with the work and even came back Monday to check on the work. I appreciate the hard work. I am not goiNg to lie the prices are a bit high but overall I am satisfied with the work.
