This place deserves beyond 5 stars. I've created a yelp project with selected Backflow prevention testing services in my area (north of Orange County) and by far Van has been the most responsive out of all of them. The others that have responded (with a lot of yelp reviews) were by far inflating the cost. Van had a very reasonable price and he seemed very professional and technical in what he does. His proof of invoicing and paper submittal was by far the best compared to the other vendors I've tried for the past 2 years. I'm definitely coming back to him next year!

I called Van to do my backflow testing. He answered my call and scheduled to do the testing in 3 days. He was on time and efficient. He charged me $70 to do the testing. We passed the backflow test but noticed that two of the valves were leaking. He easily replaced them as he had extra in his truck. He charged me $20/valve. Would recommend his services again next year.
