We hired Tisdale to replace a water heater in our daughter's condo. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They completed the replacement and helped us process the warranty for faulty water heater. We were able to get full refund because it was still covered under warranty and only had to pay for the installation. Would highly Tisdale for your plumbing needs.

Jason was great w/ communication, and Mike, who did the site check, and Cody who completed the job, may have been two of the most professional, nicest guys I've allowed in my house. A few years ago Tisdale plumbing came out because we thought we might need a new hot water heater and they said we did not. Very honest so when we had a tricky leak problem in our basement, three plumbers came to look at it and Tisdale knew the best how to handle it Took care of it at a good price. Luke was very knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend Tisdale.

Had a leaky waterheater. Called 2 companies for quotes. Tisdale came in at half the price with twice the professionalism. Had a million questions regarding Tank vs Tankless waterheaters. They patiently educated me on both type of units. I decided to go with a tank water heater in the evening and they installed the next morning. Great service, excellent plumber, and low prices too. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Tisdale was contracted throHome Depot. I smelled gas after their installation. Instead of coming to check their work they threw up their hands and said ""not it"". It was everyone's problem but theirs. I had my gas company come out and as suspected their installer didn't sufficiently tighten a valve on my water heater and it's been leaking gas.
