Beware of this company. They are very unprofessional. I had a water leak. I called and they came right out. They told my wife the leak was behind the wall and it would cost $331. I agreed. After 20 minutes they were finished and didn't replace the drywall. So I paid all that for 20 minutes of work and I have to replace the drywall myself. I called Zack the owner for an explaination of charges. He immediately started to verbally attack my over the phone. Told me they gave me the estimate first. I agreed but if I had known it was only a 20 min job I would have looked elsewhere. Zack continued to berate me by saying this is the cost of doing business in 2018, everyone wants something for free. When I told him I wasn't going to let him talk me this way his response was ""I'm a man like Mike Gundy"". Bottom line, he does not care about the customer after they are gone. At no time did he try to explain anything just asked why am I calling. I highly recommend reading the negatives reviews, they are real. If there was a rating less than 1 star I would give it to Tipton Plumbing, they are the worst in customer service. P.S. Zach, you never did send me the $47 dollar refund you promised. But then again I never expected you to.

Last plumbing company in metro area you should call. Very rude on the phone. Failed to show on day promised. They came next day when I again called and then quoted me $760 for a simple job. Called another plumber who was out within 2 hours and his charge was only $175. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!

Well I had them come out to our house because I had Gav. Pipes under my house and the price was 2000.00 for the hot water and 1000.00 for the cold to put all pex. in my house and in the bathroom the wall where the pipes was the cut a whole in the wall and left it like that and told me I have to fix it because they don't do that they just tear it up and leave it like that . I am not sure if I was just pay higher for them or they gouged me plus it was a 45 dollar charge to come here.

As sorry as I am to do this, I have to update my review. Not about the service, but about the owner. He has promised to do several things that he has not done. He now will not even return my messages. I hate this so much, because his guys are great. Be very wary of statements or promises from Zach.

These guys were amazing!!! Very honest, polite and professional. Their response time was quick too!!! They came in and did an amazing job and even worked with me on paying them. These guys really rock!!! I will be using them for every plumbing problem I have from now on!!!

Terrible price! Changed the amount after the work was done. On the phone it was 45$ for service + parts to fix + 100/hr no minimum--- work took 15 minutes (25$) + 50 cents part according to rep + $45 service = 70.50$. He charged me 231$ because ""there's more to it than just parts"". Total scam! Use someone else

We used Tiptons Plumbing for the first time this week. They installed two toilets. The two gentlemen who did the work were timely, speedy, professional and polite. They cleaned up behind themselves. We are very happy with the work performed and will most definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

Just spreading the word. My opinion on him is BEWARE.

Just had Zach come by. He told me $65 for a service charge. Every company I called told us the service charge would roll into the service call. He shows up and tells us he can fix 1 small icemaker valve for $285. He does the work. We had to sit here waiting for him all day as he told us his truck was stocked but he ended up not having an icemaker hose. I ended up having to go get it. Then when he comes back and finishes much later today he tells me It is $350. $65 plus the $285. Really Zach? That is simply ridiculous and very immoral. You should state a total up front when you do an estimate. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. I am an IT guy and charge quite a bit per hour and this guy charges more than I do. He did a total of 20 or 25 minutes work and spent less than $40 in parts and made off with at least $300 for his small amount of time. I am more than peeved at him. I wish I had read some of his review's before calling him but we needed someone quick. It was NOT worth it.

Please run, don't walk away from this company! Let me start by saying, this plumber does nothing illegal, maybe immoral, but not illegal. Know that if you are going to use him, he charges by the job and not by the hour. Per the words from the owner, Zach Tipton, he charges and allows for the fact he is a 24/7 plumber so he charges more. Charges more, yes sir! I have had two other estimates from plumbers for the job he did and they were $400 to less than $600. He charged $1285.00. This was for a simple leak in the pipe that ties into the city meter. The job took less than 6 hours. Its a pretty good system he has going. You call him, he comes out and gives you the invoice for the cost. Keep in mind, he has no clue at that time if it will take 30 min or 6 hours. If you don't agree to it, you have to pay him an $85 service call and he walks away. Pretty good for 15 min of work. The price seems very high, but as a person that doesnt know whats wrong, you agree because you have your water turned off and you don't have an idea of what someone else would charge at that time. You are in a vulnerable position and he knows it. And worse case for him, he takes your $85 and leaves for you to get someone else out to do the job! Is it illegal, nope but save yourself some money and call ANYONE else!
