I've used Tip Top Plumbing for a couple of years now, and had thought highly of it until recently. I spent ~$4,000 to have them install a new tankless water heater in my home, and it isn't working right and I've been trying to get in touch with them for six weeks now to have them take a look, but they are unresponsive. Multiple voicemails and at least a dozen emails have gone unanswered. I ended up having to pay another plumber to come out and diagnose that they installed the incorrect sized gas line into the unit.

If I could give this company a negative 10, I would but there was no designation for it.

I called to get some work done and the Tip Top owner came over and gave me an estimate.

We agreed that he show up on a certain day and said he would show up the following day...that is a week ago and I'm still waiting, though I didn't spend the whole day waiting for him like the day he was scheduled to show.

It gets better...my mother called and asked him whey he didn't have the decency to SAY HE WASN'T coming over and he hung up on her!!!

What nerve.

Three weeks ago my father had a plumbing issue and the owner was supposed to do the work.

He NEVER SHOWED up even though my father called him three times. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.

Each time my father called he left him his # in clear even tones, was very nice and asked him the last time if he can't come to just let him know.

To this day NEVER a word from him.

When you call the phone #, his ending message is have a blessed day! Well, all I can say what comes around goes around Brian or Bryan or whoever your name is spelled.

My father took off work and lost a whole day pay because you were IRRESPONSIBLE to not show...if there was a family EMERGENCY, some time that day or next he SHOULD HAVE CALLED!

If there is what a Christian is like, well, let's just say my religion doesn't allow me to use expletives.

I wish you UNHAPPINESS IN YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL LIFE.

Let me preface this review by stating that I have not yet observed their services or pricing. However, when an issue arose, Brian quickly responded and was eager to help but was several days behind. I would have used Tip-Top, gotta support local, but when sewage is your house...

The moment I spoke with Brian I could tell he was trustworthy and had his heart in the right place. I was in challenging situation with a relative's water heater that had gone south and could not be repaired. He went out of his way to accommodate me on short notice and went above and beyond to make this relative feel comfortable. His work was completed the following day and on time and within budget. Highly recommended.
