Our drain blockage was not cleared during our initial appointment with Jonathan, even though he worked very hard to try to resolve the issue. We decided hydro jetting was needed, which Jonathan returned to do the next day, along with Ceasar. They took the time to scope out the situation, used a camera to inspect and find the layout of all the pipes, before starting the hydro jet.

Both Jonathan and Ceasar were very patient, they did not rush through the job. They took time to explain each step to us, which we appreciated. After the drain was cleared, a suggestion was made to add another clean out, which we are considering.

No one likes to deal with plumbing problems, but these guys made it less painful than it could have been. While we have dealt with many plumbing companies which we felt were less than honest, we definitely feel comfortable to call on these guys again if needed, but hopefully not any time soon!

I needed someone to come diagnose my water heater on my roof and Tip Top got back to me and sent someone in a day. I appreciate that they did not charge me to come check it out and diagnose the problem. The visit was fairly. quick and the technician Joseph was knowledgeable. Joseph was very reliable, friendly and accommodating. I showed up to my house late from work and the technician was so nice to wait for me and had no issues at all. I was recommended to try Mike and Tip Top drain pros from a friend and he easily lived up to their glowing review. We were moving into an older home and wanted to get the plumbing sorted before we did the final move. Mike was wonderfully professional, clear and communicative. He always offered more than one solution to any problem and was open and transparent about pricing and the longevity we could expect from each fix. I called them in the afternoon and they were out in less than an hour! My issue wasn't even an emergency...however they came sooner than promised- and the guys were really nice. Steven and Cesar were amazing. Nice, friendly and hard working. They hydro- jetted our back drains on our home and worked hard to get the lines clear...they also showed me with a camera on the inside of our pipes so I was 100% informed on the problem and how they were fixing it. They also had new equipment and trucks which I was happy about. They were super careful around my home not to break any tile with the equipment and just overall nice guys to deal with. The price was very reasonable for the work they did. I will for sure use this company again because of the service that we received from Steven and Cesar. Not your typical upsell repair people which I was pleasantly surprised. I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for professional plumbers- and my drains are now draining so thank you!

I seriously never leave reviews but really felt like these guys deserve a shout out. I called a general number and was almost immediately contacted by Joseph, who was super nice and knowledgeable. I explained our situation and he asked to FaceTime...and walked me through how to take care of the issue we were having with our water heater. A lot of places will take advantage of someone's desperation in cases like this and he could have charged us an after hours fee. He instead helped us fix an obviously easy issue and was honest about it. We have his number saved and will definitely be reaching out to him for any future issues. In saving us $$ tonight, he gained future business from us...and many recommendations to come!

I got the call no landlord wants to get in the middle of the night, ""water is coming out of the walls, what should I do?"" Being an hour away and having no knowledge of plumbing, I call 3 places until finally someone answers. I spoke to Mike and he was quickly on his way to access the problem. Upon arrival I got a Courtesy call that they would be arriving. I had an emergency leak, They wore shoe covers and addressed my issue right away. I have been living in my home now for 10 years and have been through countless plumbing companies and still can not get the problem resolved. I was referred to Tip Top by a good friend. When I called I was given a window of time for them show up. Upon Arrival Mike and Will showed up and greeted me with a smile. After inspection of the property and finally showing me what the actual issue was.. The fact they took the time to look around and inspect areas that were not inspected by the other plumbers made me feel really comfortable . Mike and Will gave me a full explanation of what was going on and provided me with an estimate. They complimented my home and my German Shepard Hank who is on his last leg from brain cancer. The work was performed and I waited to give this review to see if my blockage actually stoped and it did.. Mike and Will I can not thank you enough and if you are looking for a plumbing company ask for Mike or will they rock!
