I had a nightmare situation,I woke up to about 3"" of water in my entire house at 1am in the morning. I called several plumbers and no one answered. Thank god for Tip Top! Only company that picked up there phone! They had a plumber to my house within the hour . They found the issue and fixed it on the spot. Excellent service at a reasonable cost! Mike and Willie were very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to avoid this happening again. They also referred there sister company Lime Green Restoration and let me tell you they defined awesome! They extracted all the water and set up equipment and are helping me get my house in a livable state. I highly recommend both Tip Top drain pros and Lime Green restoration!

Mike G and Josh M were amazing from start to finish!!. Mike talked me through the whole process as they worked to change out my homes extremely outdated water heater. Both Mike and Josh were friendly and professional. The job was done quickly and efficiently and they cleaned up any mess and hauled away the old water heater and enclosure for disposal. I definitely plan to use this company again for future plumbing projects, maintenance and issues.

Mike Gomez was terrific - response time was terrific, as I called at 7:30 AM and he was at my place by 9:00AM. He analyzed our problem quickly, gave us options and fixed it the same day by picking up the needed fixtures and installing them. I called this company because i was having a major sewage leak from complex to the garage area spilling everywhere. The Guy Michael i think he was a supervisor. He was super friendly, explaining everything they had to do and gave me an estimate on-site. So glad i came across such a reliable company.
I almost forgot to add, that when i requested a Yelp some lady named Bella called me. I felt like we were old friends because she was so Personable. Great customer service!

I've used Tip Top a few times now. Not only are their prices competitive, they show up when they say they will. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and have always gotten the job done right the first time.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I just had these guys come in today to fix a valve on my downstairs bathtub/shower and they ended up flooding my upstairs bathroom because they left all the fixtures running once they turned the water back on, leaving me with about 10 gallons of water hanging out in my ceiling. Tried to contact the company to get them to send a water mitigation team out to dry the ceiling and the owner David Jones proceeded to call me a liar, tell me it's my fault, say that it's their policy to leave all the fixtures running on full blast for 30 minutes straight without telling the homeowner that they've restored water to the house, and then hang up on me. I've currently got several high powered dehumidifiers from Servpro running on full blast and am now working with my insurance company to repair the water damage to my ceiling. Hands down worst company I've had the misfortune to work with in LA. If you need plumbing work done, call literally any other plumber but Tip Top.

Addition info based on David's response: His team asked me to turn all the fixtures on in the house to bleed the lines so they could do their work. So yes, they directly had a part in all the fixtures being turned on otherwise this situation wouldn't have happened in the first place. I NEVER said that the sink that overflowed ""hadn't been working for a long time"". That's a direct lie. My wife and I are the only people living in this house, we don't use those sinks because it's a guest bathroom and Covid has wiped out our ability to host friends and family. If I knew the drain was clogged, I'd have had them fix that sink as well as the valve for the bath/shower on the first floor of the house. Below is a picture of one of their technicians upstairs in the bathroom cleaning up the mess they made and some photos of the mitigation efforts from Servpro (who are great btw. Would highly recommend giving them a ring if David's team floods one of your rooms). So again, another outright lie from David. Absolutely ridiculous that David is attempting to cover his own butt because he wouldn't take the responsibility to mitigate and repair the damage done by the negligence of his own team members. Guess I'll have to come to terms with the fact that I gave money to a company led by a liar and coward that refuses to do business in an ethical and honest way.

Tip Top was very responsive and reasonably priced for our drainage project around our new pool. The team strategized for the most effective, least invasive solution and Cesar and his crew were fast and friendly in getting the job done. Would definitely recommend them!
