Called Tip Top last night to clear a stopped up drain for tenants. Tip Top was super responsive & accommodating as we went back & forth. In my delay, the time booked up, yet they followed up first thing this morning to offer another time that worked.

As if being able to schedule exactly when I needed was not enough, Cesar arrived promptly & cleared the drains efficiently, answering loads of questions. He was extremely thorough & attentive, taking special care to clean up and make sure all needs were addressed.

Their price? Super! Any of the other plumbers I called charged separately for the visit & drain cleaning. Tip Top charged to fix the problem, not for the visit.

The best part was I learned about their partner company, Limegreen, who can help rebuild a bathroom with water damage. Hurrah!

I had a stopped drain line at 8o'clock on a Friday night. Basically stopped all plumbing operation in my condo. They were out within the hour and gave me my cost upfront before they started. Was able to clear the sewer piping that came out of my condo. Price was extremely reasonable considering it was an emergency call on a Friday night. He cleaned up any of the debris that came out of the line in the surrounding area. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again. Would definitely recommend.

A big thank you to Tip Top Drain Pros!! They were my second estimate for a job that included: a kitchen faucet that made a grinding sound, snaking out a shower drain, and fixing a broken sink stopper. The other company I called wanted me to pay $800 for the faucet problem. Tip Top told me it wasn't even broken and showed me how to make the noise go away. Then Tip Top cleaned out the shower drain for a reasonable price that was literally half of what the other company wanted to charge for it. Oh, and Tip Top solved the broken sink stopper gratis! Linda couldn't be more pleasant and efficient on the phone too. The plumber showed up when he was expected. Everything went well. Tip Top is my first and only call next time.

Fast response and great team! We smelled natural gas in our yard over the weekend and called The Gas Company to check it out. They offered little assistance other than to suggest where the leak might be and then turn off the gas to our entire house. We got a plumber to cap the suspect pipe, but that did not satisfy The Gas Co. when they returned to restore our service. I called Tip Top on a Sunday night, and David got back to me within an hour, reassuring me that they did the type of work -- gas line leak detection and repair -- we were seeking. Willie and crew showed up promptly @ 8a this morning to begin repairs. They assessed the situation and listened to what we needed, including pipes that were critical (i.e., to the gas dryer and furnace), nice to have (the grill) and could wait until we were ready to dig up our backyard (in-ground spa). We got all but the spa restored today. Yay! I anticipate continuing the work with them once we recover from the latest disruption. Thanks, Tip Top team!

Not only are they not experts, they are not good people. Do not use these folks unless you want to be harassed, bullied and threatened. They claim to know what they are doing, but they do not. Then they threatened you! Stay as far away as possible.
