Jodi M.Ask for a deep cleaning job, two girls came to my house and did just an okay job. Told the owner, Mechelle how they missed areas. She said she would come out and go over those areas. Then she was too busy and insisted that she would send the girls back to go over the areas that were missed. The girls came back, as they went to re clean the master bathroom shower that never got cleaned in the first place. The second time they scrubbed stainless steal faucets with steel wool, which put severe scratches in my $500 faucet . Any professional cleaner would know you can not use steel wool on stainless steel. When we contacted Mechelle, her reply was she didn't know what to say about the faucet and it's not her responsibility and the girls should of never been asked to clean something like that. From one business owner to another, you are responsible for your employees and should take control when something goes wrong instead of pushing the blame off on the customer. Very unprofessional!!
