I have used Tino's plumbing for around 20 years and every one of my neighbors on El Dorado in Santa Cruz also uses Tino's. I love using them because all of their guys are part of the same family, and no matter which cousin or brother I get, the work is always reliable and correct. And the price has always been reasonable too. I have never had any of their work fail and remember my history with them goes back 20 years. These guys are pros and know what they are doing. I have had several remodels as well as hot water heater replacement, toilets replaced, fixtures in my showers and at my kitchen sink have all been done by Tino's. They have also done big jobs like replace the sewer line between my house and the street. So, just about anything and everything over the years has been touched by these guys. George, and Richard are the most common workers that come here but I had George's brother today and again, excellent work and on time. They always communicate with me and always are reliable about appointments. Theresa works the office so I often communicate with her as well and she is always professional and understands what I am requesting and passes the messages on well. Tino's gets my top marks, and I don't give that out lightly... Great job guys!

I've have used tino's plumbing before for simple sink values replacements and was satisfied with the results and price. But this time I called the office and got a quote on installing a 75gal hot water heater.They quoted $350.00 plus any extra parts. I set up an appointment for the next day and ordered the water heater to be delivered the morning of the install. I'm out of state at the moment and made arrangements for someone to receive the unit and have it set in the laundry room where it was to be installed.I received a call from George an installed a few hours before the install and he said the price was now $650.00 and that they just miss quoted me. He did say he was sorry for the miss quote but a 75 gal water heater was harder to install.
I made the the arrangements to have them do the work based on price. It is a simple install and very little difference in the time and effort to complete the job. It put me I'm a bad position either pay more or find another installer. If you can't trust there quote how can you trust there work.Very Disappointing.

We've used Tino's plumbing multiple times over the years. Almost always it's an emergency with a drain. In November 2014 they found the problem was a cracked pipe under the house causing a leak. They fixed the issue within one hour. I'm writing this review due to the fact we are having slow shower drainage and I called (on a Sunday) to see if they can help. They will have someone here within an hour of my phone call. Tino's workers are always courteous and fix any plumbing issues quickly. They are truly economical and never try to ""up sell"" any extra service. I highly recommend Tino's Plumbing to anyone in the area!

Same experience as one of the other posters...water heater not up to code...used a iron pipe nipple in top of heater and attached a copper flex to it causing electrolysis and lots of water leakage. Even I know better that to do that. Also, that tenant wanted a leak fixed around her toilet and tino changed the whole damn toilet which was a expensive power flush unit and replaced it with a piece of crap.

I had a water heater that needed replacing. Tino's plumbing was prompt but I later found out that the job was not up to code when another plumbing service refused to install a re-circulation system. I called them and they sent the plumber out that afternoon to fix the problems but I had paid a great deal of money for the job and would have had problems down the road if the house was inspected.

Just used Tino's plumbing from Watsonville for the first time, to fix a leak in the main shut off to the house that was CAUSED by my previous plumber "" Blue Lotus water"" I called three plumbers to get estimates for the job,the others came up with a very high estimate, tino's came in less than half, he was prompt,honest and confident, did the job and stopped the leak. I will use this company from now on and highly recommend them.

Did not show up for appointment. I gave them directions to my house when I scheduled appointment but nobody showed up. So I called them, and they rescheduled for later in the day. I gave them directions again and still nobody showed up. I sat around the house all day for nothing. Do not waste your time with Tino's, call a plumber who is dependable.

We had Tino's come out to set-up our cloths-drier in our new house. Their crew came out and did the work. As we finished moving into the new house and started actually living there, we noted a slight gas smell around the laundry room area. We had PG&E come out to investigate. The PG&E person found the leak and said that the adapter Tino's crew had used to connect the cloths-drier was the wrong type for this pipe and the connection Consequently, the connected pipes did not seal properly at the connection and the result was the gas leak.

PG&E said we were lucky that the leaked gas had not ignited, burn the house down, and killed my family in the process.

I called Tino's and Tino himself came out to our home. He admitted that his crew had used completely the wrong connectiodapter on the gas connection. However, no apology, he just said ah well oops.

Do not use this company, they obviously do not have the expertise, care, nor work ethic to do gas plumbing. In fact, their work could result in the burning down of your home.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Love these guys. I have used them over the years. I decided to try another plumber who had been recommended by a neighbor ,(big mistake, to expensive and poor quality). I called Tino's and was again amazed by their service. I feel like i'm dealing with a family business when i use these guys. Also, fair/ low prices in my expereance. Great job Guys, keep it up.

I've used Tino's for 15 years and they have always given great service. Last time I called them the service guy showed up right on time. I explained the problem and he showed me how to fix it myself and prevent it from happening again...at no charge to me! So I knew it was time for me to write a review of Tino's, the best plumbers around.
