-4 stars for not listening to me, the client. I said I had a leaky toilet and was told (repeatedly) that I didn't. Well the puddles tell a different story! And I've literally seen it leak. I sent them away after 3 employees failed to listen. Do not recommend.

We called Tino's Plumbing this morning and a serviceman was here in about an hour and a half. He changed a very old P-trap that was leaking, very quickly and cleared a water line that brought a reduced amount of cold water to a bathroom sink. He finished in 11/2 hours, and even refused a tip. We couldn't be happier!

This company is a joke. Can't even get a re pipe estimate from them. For some odd reason they go to my property for the estimate, won't call back after numerous calls into them (receptionist literally says, I don't know what's going on) then after two weeks, Tino calls me back and states they can't get to it until late May....Really? you idiot wouldn't even have wasted your time to go to the property for a ""re pipe"" estimate if you had known you didn't have time on the books for seven months. Very Unprofessional; But that's OK, I'll pay a reputable plumbing company to do the work. Thank you.

I've seen vans with this logo driving extremely aggressively on the road twice. Today my son and myself were almost hit by one of these vans in a crosswalk. After they almost hit our bodies with a van they leaned out of their windows and yelled at us. Very unprofessional, very dangerous and just plain absurd. I would never do business with a company with employees like this and I would urge you to do the same.
