Hands down, Tino's is the plumbing company with the greatest level of integrity that I've encountered. They recently came out for drains backing up. It took several visits to solve the problem, which was not straight-forward. While diagnosing the problem they realized a pipe under the house had a sag and crack. Tino's installed this 15 years ago, but they stood by their work, declared the pipe under warranty, fixed it promptly, and for free. They only invoiced me for the 1st plumbing call/clog, even though it took 3-4 visits to find the problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your plumbing needs!!

I tried to install a new kitchen faucet myself. Leaking like crazy and no water shut off valve under the sink, so I had to turn off the main water valve to the whole house. I called Tino's late on a Thursday and they came out the next day and fixed the leak, added shut off valves under the sink, and repaired the drain pipe. Also, the price was very reasonable. Definitely will use them again.

We first used Tino's in 2015 for a garbage disposal and now in the last 2 weeks have needed them twice. Most recently for a pretty hefty job. We are really happy with them. The guys are friendly and dependable and they responded quickly when we needed them. Highly recommend!

Walked in to buy toilets. They don't stock anything. So I tried to order them. We got the book and found everything I wanted. I confirmed it was right. But the lady apparently didn't have the authorization to order stuff. I was told that the guy orders stuff would call me by noon the following day. It's been 3 days and still haven't got a call back.

I had a sewer back up on my property over the weekend and initially thought I needed my septic system pumped. I called on Monday morning to have someone come out to diagnose the problem. I was so pleased that they said they would be at my place in 2 hours time. Eric came out and within a few minutes we figured out that the main sewer line had cracked and become obstructed. He removed the broken pipe and put in a new piece in 30minutes . Problem solved. Thanks so much for your prompt response and quickly and efficiently fixing the problem. Will definitely be calling this company for any future plumbing requirements .

I called on a Monday and they were here first thing Tuesday morning to fix a leak on our water heater. Eric and Kevin did a great job and were super nice guys, they replaced the supply lines on the water heater and also fixed a low pressure problem with my kitchen faucet which is a huge bonus for me! :) Great local family owned company!

Called on a Saturday morning at 10:30 and left a message, got a call back literally four minutes later from Tino, said he could come out that day between 12:30-1:30. This was awesome because another company I called could not come out until Monday late afternoon. Well at 1:30 on Saturday two Tino's guys arrived, unclogged/snaked the toilet in two shakes of a lamb's tail. After they left and I walked to the bathroom to clean the toilet, I saw that they already cleaned it! Nice touch! Never had a plumber do that before. Would definitely recommend Tino's.

If I could give no stars I would. Called first thing in the morning at 8am and spoke with Tino, I explained the issue with my water heater and said he would send someone out to my house between 10-11. I waited and waited by 11:30 I called again and they had no idea who I was or what I was talking about. The woman said she would call someone and figure it out and give me a call by 12:30. Well she didn't call until I got tired of waiting and called her at 1:30. She said she had a lot of calls and took down my number and said she would call me back. She called back around 3pm and said someone would be at my house by 5pm. By that time I was so fed up with waiting around all day and the lack of professionalism that I was damned if I would give them my business. I called Watsonville Plumbing they were at my house in 15 minutes and had the job done in about 30 minutes. If you don't like to waist your time skip the wait and call Watsonville Plumbing.
