Although Tinker Plumbing didn't actually do the work I needed done they easily get 5 stars. When I called them they were really patient and answered all of the questions I had. Unfortunately they couldn't get me in until next week and I was leaving out of town. They offered two different companies that would be helpful and they did a great job. Amazing customer service!

These guys are great! We haven't lived here that long so my best bet was to go straight to Yelp. Our garbage disposal wasn't working and it needed to be repaired. They got back to me after calling them within 5 minutes with a quote and an appointment. Great customer service and They showed up on time and charged me the same original quote they said they would. Can't think of any reason not to use these guys next time!

I've had to deal with a lot of plumbers in the past, but Ken from Tinker Plumbers is by far, the best. Ken answered my call promptly and was able to schedule an appointment to come out and evaluate my problem (toilet with a valve drain problem). He showed up on time, was polite and neatly dressed, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He gave me a fair estimate for the work beforehand and was able to do the job the same day. He showed me what exactly was wrong, how it's fixed and what to do to avoid problems in the future.

This is the plumbing service to call. Terrific!

Sunday emergency call - they called back within 5 minutes. Jason gave great advice (told me that I should go get our maintenance people as opposed to calling a plumber on my own). He was very personable and friendly. This will be the first company I call the next time I need plumbing help.

These guys are THE best. I cannot express my appreciation for them enough. For the last 6 months we've experienced ongoing problems with our main sewer line backing up. These guys have an amazing way that prevented us from having the yard dug up as recommended by another plumber. The trenchless sewer repair method kept replacement cost down. When it was finally time to dig, Tinker Plumbing did it efficiently, cost-effectively, and were extremely thorough with cleanup. They solved the problem and we are so grateful.

When you have a plumbing issue, time is of the essence. We had a pinhole leak under our upstairs master bath sink. It leaked down to our kitchen. We came home to a puddle of water that was getting larger. After contacting the insurance company and dealing with a torn up kitchen and large loud fans the next step was plumbing. We contacted three companies and either got no answer or no one could make it a priority until we called Tinker Plumbing. They were kind, compassionate and came out the same day at the time promised. Jason took care of the issue of replacing the worn copper piping within an hour. The cost was reasonable and worth it. Highly recommend.

First - I narrowed my selection to three highly rated drain cleaning companies including Tinker Plumbing. I called all three the night before (around 10 PM) the service date and left messages. Tinker Plumbing was the first to call me back in the morning (around 9 AM), so I scheduled with them. I asked about pricing, and was told the sewer cleaning tech would provide that when he arrived.

Ken arrived in the scheduled window. He quoted me a minimum price based on time immediately. I don't know why the person scheduling could not have done this.

It took about 10 minutes to resolve our issue. Ken then asked if I wanted to send a camera in the line to see what the possible cause was. I declined but would happily call them back if any sewer line repairs needed to be done in the future.

I called this place because a former neighbor recommended them. I called late afternoon in a panic when my hot water heater stopped working. Of course I had family flying in the next afternoon making the matter more inconvenient! Someone was able to come the very next morning to check out and fix the problem. He was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and was able to fix the heater before my family arrived. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

They were late but they did a good job once they got here. Jason did a great job installing out new hot water heater. I set a special time on a special day because I wanted to make sure I was home while the plumber was here. They were late, but its not a huge thing and I will use them again.

They installed a tankless water heater, installed a water softener, pressure assist pump install, installed garbage disposal in bar sink, installed bar sink and fixtures, run drain lines for sink and ice maker for bar install.
