Ken was great! He helped me get my hot water back on. When I called in I let the receptionist know that I wanted to get a call and an appointment as soon as possible. He helped me get my hot water back on and even help unclog a drain. I was going to make a different appointment with him but he just offered to do it then since he had the time. So great! I recommend using them to everyone!

Tinker Plumbing get 5 stars and then some!! Their staff in the office was very helpful and made sure to get me scheduled in right away. I let them know that my garbage disposal was not working well with a growing stanch. They said they would send one of their best plumbers to do the repair. I just have to say it...THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN! I ended up calling multiple plumbers and everyone was either too busy or using really cheap types of water heaters. Patrick put my worries to rest when he let me know the types of water heaters they use. Only the best of the best. They get theirs from their supply house. You have to be careful because other companies will use cheaper water heaters from Home Depot or Lowes. I was hoping we could get it repaired instead of replaced but since it was a Whirlpool...bad quality....it needed to be replaced. I'm just really glad I have a new water heater that is actually good quality now! You'll be happy you call them for your water heater troubles!! Best customer service in n town! Would highly recommend to all!

A few days ago my garbage disposal quit working. After looking online to see if there was anything I could do I finally gave up and called Tinker Plumbing. Ken was super helpful and told me it sounded like a small fix and could get out to my place later that evening. Ken answered the million questions I had and even gave me a great deal on the part since it was sitting in his truck for forever. Great work done by him! Truly helpful and thankful for his patience with me. You can tell he loves what he does and he loves helping people.

Oh my goodness I am completely obsessed with my new water filtration system. I feel like I can already feel a difference when it comes to my hair and just overall the water. I also really think it will really help water water build up on my shower heads. I've had to get completely new shower heads because of the hard water that was built up on them in the past. Water purification systems can be expensive but they are so worth it! They did a great job from customer service, to the installation as well as following up with some of my questions. 5 stars hands down!!

I needed a plumber this Saturday to come to my place and thankfully Jason came to my rescue. My hot water was very spotty for a few days and then by Saturday I barely had warm water. Jason was knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly what to do to fix my the problem when he saw my water heater. I could tell he had a busy day since his cell phone was constantly ringing so I appreciate him coming out. My water heater is working great and I'm happy I didn't have to replace it! I will definitely use them again in the future.

I am so happy and impressed with Ken. I've never had to call a plumbing company before up until this point and I was so happy I went with this company. I didn't know too much about plumbing and Ken made me feel comfortable and didn't talk down to me when it came to the logistics with the plumbing work. He was super friendly and I could tell he knew what he was doing when he started working on the job. He never hesitated and did the job fast and efficiently. These guys are genuine, honest, and kind. The staff were so great. They were friendly and I had a lot of questions and worries when it came to replacing my new hot water heater. They had great pricing to match their great customer service skills. Ken was able to replace my hot water heater in a little over an hour. WOW! I thought it was going to be an all day project,but it was so fast!!

I called around to a few places and these guys were the ones who were able to come out the fastest and they also weren't the most expensive. I needed to get my pressure release valve replaced on our hot water heater. I got scheduled with Jason and he came out later that night with the correct part and replaced it easily. I was very happy with the professional service. Ask for Jason if you want a great plumber.

Although Tinker Plumbing didn't actually do the work I needed done they easily get 5 stars. When I called them they were really patient and answered all of the questions I had. Unfortunately they couldn't get me in until next week and I was leaving out of town. They offered two different companies that would be helpful and they did a great job. Amazing customer service!
