Best guys to call if you're around the Scottsdale area. Ken is a great plumber who gives exceptional service and has an impressive background when it comes to plumbing work.

They make getting an appointment really easy, especially living in an apartment complex. It's nice they texted me their ETA and everything so I could make sure I was home before they got there.

Lately, I just haven't been able to get the kitchen sink to quit leaking. At one point I thought, oh yeah I fixed it, but I was wrong. Thankfully it was an easy repair and Ken made it happen. He was eager to help and made sure to get my approval before actually starting it.

Finally I can be in my apartment again without listening to drip drip drip over and over again.

If you're in a home or an apartment you need to call tinker plumbing. They are educated and exceed expectations when it comes to customer service.

I recently had my hot water heater rust out . I only found out when my load of laundry was covered in rusty water. No warning sign at all. I started calling plumbers and tried to find someone that could come out immediately, but unfortunately it happened early evening. So many places didn't even have voicemail or an emergency number to contact someone. Finally, I got in touch with Jason and he was so terrific and helpful. He actually showed up the same night. He made sure that after heater was replaced that I would run the washing machine several times before I did any other laundry. I wouldn't have even thought about that. Great job!

I had a leaking faucet in my bathroom which I didn't think was a big deal until I got my water bill. Not knowing anything about plumbing, I knew I needed to call someone because there was no way I could do it myself, so I checked yelp and tinker plumbing had good reviews so I went for it. They immediately gave me an estimate and their schedule opening after contacting them. Everything went perfectly! They were on time and fixed the faucet without issues. I would highly recommend.

Ken was great! He helped me get my hot water back on. When I called in I let the receptionist know that I wanted to get a call and an appointment as soon as possible. He helped me get my hot water back on and even help unclog a drain. I was going to make a different appointment with him but he just offered to do it then since he had the time. So great! Tinker Plumbing get 5 stars and then some!! Their staff in the office was very helpful and made sure to get me scheduled in right away. I let them know that my garbage disposal was not working well with a growing stanch. They said they would send one of their best plumbers to do the repair. I just have to say it...THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN! I ended up calling multiple plumbers and everyone was either too busy or using really cheap types of water heaters. Patrick put my worries to rest when he let me know the types of water heaters they use. Only the best of the best. They get theirs from their supply house. You have to be careful because other companies will use cheaper water heaters from Home Depot or Lowes. I was hoping we could get it repaired instead of replaced but since it was a Whirlpool...bad quality....it needed to be replaced. I'm just really glad I have a new water heater that is actually good quality now! You'll be happy you call them for your water heater troubles!! Best customer service in n town! Would highly recommend to all!

A few days ago my garbage disposal quit working. After looking online to see if there was anything I could do I finally gave up and called Tinker Plumbing. Ken was super helpful and told me it sounded like a small fix and could get out to my place later that evening. Ken answered the million questions I had and even gave me a great deal on the part since it was sitting in his truck for forever. Great work done by him! Truly helpful and thankful for his patience with me. You can tell he loves what he does and he loves helping people.

Oh my goodness I am completely obsessed with my new water filtration system. I feel like I can already feel a difference when it comes to my hair and just overall the water. I also really think it will really help water water build up on my shower heads. I've had to get completely new shower heads because of the hard water that was built up on them in the past. Water purification systems can be expensive but they are so worth it! They did a great job from customer service, to the installation as well as following up with some of my questions. 5 stars hands down!!

I needed a plumber this Saturday to come to my place and thankfully Jason came to my rescue. My hot water was very spotty for a few days and then by Saturday I barely had warm water. Jason was knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly what to do to fix my the problem when he saw my water heater. I could tell he had a busy day since his cell phone was constantly ringing so I appreciate him coming out. My water heater is working great and I'm happy I didn't have to replace it! I will definitely use them again in the future.

I am so happy and impressed with Ken. I've never had to call a plumbing company before up until this point and I was so happy I went with this company. I didn't know too much about plumbing and Ken made me feel comfortable and didn't talk down to me when it came to the logistics with the plumbing work.
