I needed a plumber this Saturday to come to my place and thankfully Jason came to my rescue. My hot water was very spotty for a few days and then by Saturday I barely had warm water. Jason was knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly what to do to fix my the problem when he saw my water heater. I could tell he had a busy day since his cell phone was constantly ringing so I appreciate him coming out. My water heater is working great and I'm happy I didn't have to replace it! I will definitely use them again in the future.

I am so happy and impressed with Ken. I've never had to call a plumbing company before up until this point and I was so happy I went with this company. I didn't know too much about plumbing and Ken made me feel comfortable and didn't talk down to me when it came to the logistics with the plumbing work. He was super friendly and I could tell he knew what he was doing when he started working on the job. He never hesitated and did the job fast and efficiently. These guys are genuine, honest, and kind. I was super pleased with this company!

The staff were so great. They were friendly and I had a lot of questions and worries when it came to replacing my new hot water heater. They had great pricing to match their great customer service skills. Ken was able to replace my hot water heater in a little over an hour. WOW! I thought it was going to be an all day project,but it was so fast!!

I called around to a few places and these guys were the ones who were able to come out the fastest and they also weren't the most expensive. I needed to get my pressure release valve replaced on our hot water heater. I got scheduled with Jason and he came out later that night with the correct part and replaced it easily. I was very happy with the professional service. Ask for Jason if you want a great plumber.

Although Tinker Plumbing didn't actually do the work I needed done they easily get 5 stars. When I called them they were really patient and answered all of the questions I had. Unfortunately they couldn't get me in until next week and I was leaving out of town. They offered two different companies that would be helpful and they did a great job. Amazing customer service!

These guys are great! We haven't lived here that long so my best bet was to go straight to Yelp. Our garbage disposal wasn't working and it needed to be repaired. They got back to me after calling them within 5 minutes with a quote and an appointment. Great customer service and They showed up on time and charged me the same original quote they said they would. Can't think of any reason not to use these guys next time!

I've had to deal with a lot of plumbers in the past, but Ken from Tinker Plumbers is by far, the best. Ken answered my call promptly and was able to schedule an appointment to come out and evaluate my problem (toilet with a valve drain problem). He showed up on time, was polite and neatly dressed, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He gave me a fair estimate for the work beforehand and was able to do the job the same day. He showed me what exactly was wrong, how it's fixed and what to do to avoid problems in the future.

This is the plumbing service to call. Terrific!

Sunday emergency call - they called back within 5 minutes. Jason gave great advice (told me that I should go get our maintenance people as opposed to calling a plumber on my own). He was very personable and friendly. This will be the first company I call the next time I need plumbing help.

These guys are THE best. I cannot express my appreciation for them enough. For the last 6 months we've experienced ongoing problems with our main sewer line backing up. These guys have an amazing way that prevented us from having the yard dug up as recommended by another plumber. The trenchless sewer repair method kept replacement cost down. When it was finally time to dig, Tinker Plumbing did it efficiently, cost-effectively, and were extremely thorough with cleanup. They solved the problem and we are so grateful.

When you have a plumbing issue, time is of the essence. We had a pinhole leak under our upstairs master bath sink. It leaked down to our kitchen. We came home to a puddle of water that was getting larger. After contacting the insurance company and dealing with a torn up kitchen and large loud fans the next step was plumbing. We contacted three companies and either got no answer or no one could make it a priority until we called Tinker Plumbing. They were kind, compassionate and came out the same day at the time promised. Jason took care of the issue of replacing the worn copper piping within an hour. The cost was reasonable and worth it. Highly recommend.
