Loved that both Dan and Steve showed up to my home in a mask during the Covid10 pandemic. They covered my floors in tarp so that my floors were protected as they came in and out from the snow. They provided quick service and instructions about the newly installed water heater. Overall I was satisfied with the friendly competent service.

I needed to have my water heater replaced. I went through PSEG, who sent me to Tindall & Ranson. I was scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, 2020. The technician they sent to my home was names Justin. He was the most patient, professional, knowledgable. I was a pleasure to have him take care of my issue.

Our hot water heater went so I called PSEG as we have the worry free repair service (which is very good to have). The service tech said and I agreed that the water heater should be replaced as it was 13 years old.
I called the PSEG appliance replacement line and decided to get the
12yr warranty unit. They transferred me to the company that would do the installation. Tindall and Ranson plumbing. They said they would send someone out later that day. About 2hrs later they showed up. Andrew
the technician explained what he would do and made several suggestions. I agreed and said ok to do it. Well to my surprise he said he would do it now! 2hrs later it was done. Andrew was amazing. Covered all the floors, removed the old heater, installed the new one, cleaned up when he was done and explained how to properly operate and maintain the unit. He was very professional and personable.
As a note I thought the price was a little high but after it was all done it was worth it. Thank you Andrew!

RUN from Tindall Ranson. This company has zero integrity. Charged $250 for a visit that required 15 minutes of work. The guy sat in my house chatting for the rest of the hour and then had the audacity to charge me for the pleasure (also note--I had a back injury and would have far preferred if he had just gone away!) Tried to speak to management at TR but they claim the fee was justified. NEVER EVER again. Take your business *anywhere* else.

I used this company because pseg recommended.They should stop recommending this company.
I had Home Depot install a water heater for 40 percent less than this company would have charged.They also wanted to charged $165.00 for a additional man.Home Depot was able to do it with one man.The character of this company from the manager to technician was horrible.

Beware! Called 10/14 to schedule to have a clog in the drain for my washing machine. Woman on the phone said they didn't have anyone available until the following Monday 10/21. Claims it has been busy. She said the estimate is $92 in addition to fees incurred if I decide to have her plumber fix the problem. I came to read the google reviews because she definitely didn't leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling. Thank goodness I did. Beware of this business!!!

Tindall & Ranson saved me...no hot water..tank part bad. I tried somewhere else on the recommendation of my home warranty...they were taking over two weeks to get the part. Tindall & Ranson were called as I saw no end in sight. They knew what my options were and I decided to get a new tank. Installed same day! For a great price.

Employees are kind and knowledgeable. Don't look elsewhere. They are the best in the area.

Great service. I can't say enough how professional they are and how comfortable they made me. Most places can make you feel like you are being taken advantage of (because let's be real - I have NO idea how this stuff works), but not these guys. Came out ASAP on a Saturday, and while they could not complete my job, they pointed me in the absolute right direction. Will use them for anything in the future, and will recommend over and over again!

Woke up to no heat in the house, January 29, 2019 and the weather calling for a Polar Vortex. I called Tindall & Ranson as they installed and preform maintenance on my heating unit. The receptionist was unsure of when they would be able to come out, but did assure me that it would be that day. I was very happy when I received a call about 11:00 that the technician was on his way. They were very professional, took their time to find out what the issue was and then fix the problem. I could not have asked for better service!

We just had an emergency repair conducted on the boiler for our home's heating system. We called for assistance and the technician was onsite and completed the repair within the hour! Greg was courteous, professional and overall fantastic. He got the heat up and running quickly and saved our Christmas Eve! Would certainly recommend.
