Highly recommend Tim. Had a tub drain go bad and was leaking through our ceiling. The repair was complicated by the fact that the drain was right on top of a joist and so access was difficult. His experience and expertise allowed him to easily navigate the repair in a couple hours. A true pro. It didn't take long to know I had someone who really knew what he was doing and he was also very transparent about the potential challenges to the job.

I took a shot calling Tim as all of my other plumbing contacts were either booked way out or not returning my calls. Our overflow drain in our bath started leaking and we knew that it could either be a quick fix or a very expensive fix. Tim called back promptly and was able to get to us that very same day despite having a busy schedule and being booked far out, he had an appt end early and instead of taking a much-deserved break, immediately met us at our house. He was fast and affordable - he tested it to make sure it worked and you could tell he was a kind and honest soul. We will definitely be calling him again!

I called Tim's Plumbing and he showed up on time. I am restoring a duplex. He updated some hose bibs, water lines and a few other repairs. The price was good. With 20 plus years experience in the plumbing industry he is very knowledgeable and he is mindful on doing the job right to the correct plumbing codes. I cant tell you how many contractors that do not care and just plain flakes. Tim, actually cares and he is a very friendly person. He has my business for life.

2 leaks in the same day! What are the odds of that? I had a drain primer and a leaky valve in my shower. I turned off my water and immediately started calling plumbers. I left a few messages and a few minutes later Tim called me back.
He told me that his schedule is so full that he wouldn't be able to assist me until a month out. I told him it was an emergency and he said he would try his best to fit me in his schedule the following day.
I got a call from Tim in the morning to hear that he could squeeze me in. He called me a few more times throughout the day to update me in his eta.

Let me start out by saying he is super super friendly! His knowledge of plumbing is incredible! Far beyond most plumbers I've used in the past.
He fixed both leaks in crazy good time. He was very clean, polite and thorough.

After fixing my leaks he spent some time answering my questions on some of my other future plumbing needs.

He showed up when he said he was going to, he did a great job fixing my leaks and his price was actually a little cheaper than what he quoted me.

He even wrote down referrals on my invoice for a few other companies that would help me beyond what he does.

Tim installed a water heater a few weeks ago. He is a truly an old school craftsman and did a perfect job. Went out of his way to do some extras at no charge. It's hard to find honest hard-working people to trust. You won't be disappointed with Tim's plumbing.

I put in a request for a quote online to replace 2 toilets. My partner had received a quote from someone else that I thought was very high. Tim got out to the property very quickly and gave us a medium high estimate.
We needed the work done quickly as one of the toilets was not functioning at all. The work was done very quickly and the final invoice was much less than what the estimate was (that is always a nice surprise). I would prefer that the estimate was high than too low with a bunch of add ons.
Our tenants told us that the work was done quickly and professionally. Thanks for taking care of us!

Tim replaced both of the 50 gallon electric water heaters in our home. The first time I called Tim, he was out on a job. I left a message; he called me back in less than an hour. We scheduled a ""scouting"" appointment to assess what needed to be done. Tim showed up right on time, explained to us what would be required, when he could do it, and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the job. He also took the time to explain everything he was recommending and why he was recommending it. The next morning, Tim arrived right on time and got to work. We are VERY happy with the result! Tim is friendly, professional, and very, very careful. He took extra precautions (booties, drop cloths, soft tired hand truck, etc.) so that when the job was completed, it was like he had never been there! The whole experience was more like having a long time friend or neighbor over for the day. We can highly recommend Tim's Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber. And the final bill was exactly what he had estimated. Thanks, Tim!
