I called Tim with an emergency at my rental. He made arrangements with my tenant. No show, no call. When I finally got ahold of him he made a bunch of excuses. Forget this guy. Not reliable. Doesn't deserve any stars

Tim did work at my property and billed my property management company $600 to ""repair hot water heater, and replace a faucet"". That was the full extent of his invoice. I found out from the tenant who was present when he was doing the work, that he was in the property for one hour. The ""hot water heater repair"" was that he found the breaker switch was flipped for the hot water heater, and turned it back on"".
I will never use him again.

Horrible service. Called to get my clogged main sewer line snaked, which Tim said would be ""Easy."" I called him almost 2 hours after our appointment time, and he had no idea who I was. He and crew did then come out, snaked the drain, and my toilets worked again. I went to the access hole site 2 days later to clean up the mess left by the clog, and found the access pipe sheared off! The broken top was placed back on the access pipe, as if I wouldn't notice! Tim said nothing of this. When I called to ask why I wasn't told about this, and when he would fix it, he informed me the pipe was not ""broken,"" but that he had ""Ground it off."" I couldn't believe he didn't tell me about this. Three days later, Tim has no-showed to the appointment to fix the access pipe, and now is not answering my phone calls.

Don't bother with this joker unless you want a headache and some repair work to go with your plumbing problem.

Tim showed up at the vacation rental on Thanksgiving morning and fixed the water line some vandal had destroyed the night before. He's a great guy and he saved our Thanksgiving.

My hot water heater died, and after reading reviews on Yelp, I decided to try Tim's Plumbing. I called Tim to set up an appointment on an afternoon and got an appointment that day. I was replacing a 30 gal water heater, but because of his knowledge of prices and dimensions Tim told me I could get a 40 gal. for $100 less than a 30 gal. So I upgraded. The next day he came to install it. Tim got the job done in a little over an hour, replacing strappings and updated connection valves and he took the old water heater away with him. He left his work area clean and tidy. If you're looking for a personable plumber who is knowledgeable, efficient, responsible and on the lower end of the affordability scale, Tim's Plumbing is the way to go. I have some future plumbing projects and I will most definitely use Tim again!
