My hot water heater died, and after reading reviews on Yelp, I decided to try Tim's Plumbing. I called Tim to set up an appointment on an afternoon and got an appointment that day. I was replacing a 30 gal water heater, but because of his knowledge of prices and dimensions Tim told me I could get a 40 gal. for $100 less than a 30 gal. So I upgraded. The next day he came to install it. Tim got the job done in a little over an hour, replacing strappings and updated connection valves and he took the old water heater away with him. He left his work area clean and tidy. If you're looking for a personable plumber who is knowledgeable, efficient, responsible and on the lower end of the affordability scale, Tim's Plumbing is the way to go. I have some future plumbing projects and I will most definitely use Tim again!

Tim has done both plumbing and drain services for me and I have been nothing short of amazed each time. Fast, friendly, and affordable; the absolute best in town. He has got each job done in under 5 minutes--the man is a miracle worker! Will never call another plumber again.

The first time I hired Tim's Plumbing to diagnose and fix a broken sewage pump. The pump had to be replaced. It was a very heavy and expensive part. Tim installed the part at a very reasonable price. He showed up when nobody else would. The next time I hired him to fix a complicated drainage problem that had been leaking water into my basement for years. Other repair people had tried and only made matters worse. Tim fixed the problem and I am a very satisfied customer.

Don't understand the bad review from that renter. Tim has been at my place on a few occasions and got nothing but professional service at a good price. He's been around for a long time and people who grew up here recommended him to me. Tim is not what Sugar B. described. He is great plumber, it seems she was expecting a yoga instructor to fix the drain. Don't let that review sway you. You'll get the job done at a great price.

Tim is very sweet, and he shows up. He does a good job. Workers comp is hard and very expensive. My ex was a contractor. In that arena, it's hard to have employees at all.

Tim's Plumbing did a poor job. They make you wait forever and then do a crappy job. They dug up the driveway and yard to fix pipes and didn't fill the holes they made all the way! They are so busy because they bid so low on jobs and it shows! Very dissatisfied.

I bought a house with alot of plumbing problems. Tim's plumbing came and gave me a complete plumbing upgrade for an affordable price. Tim's plumbing has a great team, and they work hard to put your plumbing system tight.

Because of their skill, they are busy, but if you can schedule Tim's Plumbing in, you'll have craftsmanship work done, at less cost than others. they are just good people.

I would recommend Tim's Plumbing to anybody in the North Coast area.

Have used Tim's Plumbing over the years and they have always done a good job for a reasonable rate, but have NEVER been quick about it. This go-around, though, takes the cake. Not only did I have to wait and wait for them to come.....as in DAYS, but the plumber just walked off the job in the middle, due to his conflict with Tim. Not sure what to do now.
