I had to call for plumbing service recently for an issue with my heating system. I own a home that was built in 1890 so you can imagine that we have the occasional problem. Since we moved to Iowa four years ago, I've used a number of plumbing contractors with varying degrees of satisfaction. About two years ago, I called Tim's and have given them all our business since. I think I've had them out six times for different problems. Every time I call I can expect a reasonably fast response, polite and professional technicians, repairs done right the first time and a fair bill. We really like Orrey but ""Super Dave"" is my hero. Dave has repaired maintained and educated me on my very complicated boiler system. He's a treasure when it comes to natural gas boiler systems, circulating pumps and radiators. We have 26 radiators in six zones but he figured it all out in about 15 minutes. Tim's is always my first choice when it comes to heating and plumbing.

i''d used tim's before and felt i could trust the service however this winter my furnace had a problem. i spent $900 with tim and furnace still didn't work and he said i needed a new furnace for $9500. i got 2 other bids for the amount of $6000 for the same furnace. but i had another repairman came and it cost $800--furnace fixed--no $9500 furnace replacement required. i contacted tim for remuneration of some sort but no cooperation received. big thumbs down.

Recently mailed a package to their address by mistake.
The package was intended for delivery to another individual with their name on the label.

USPS asked Tim's Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing if they received a package. The answer was no. This is an untruth as GPS evidence shows otherwise.

Would you do business with a company that scams over a $99 package?

We had a furnace go out in our commercial building in Fairfield. Tim's responded the same day and fixed the problem that afternoon. Just got the bill and it was less than I guessed it would be. We will definitely call them next time we have a problem.
