More like Timothy Rip Me Off!
They sold us an AC unit and three years it took a dump. When I called them , because they installed it, I was told "" we didn't install it and had no record and that they don't install Coleman's "" a guy came for two hours and said it'll be another $250 just to find a leak. Isn't that why you are here? He was more of a salesman increasing my bill. In the end I had paid $800 and it wasn't fixed and he filled it with Freon. Who in the world would fill it for $400 knowing it will leak out into the atmosphere??? We had to call another company who was here for two minutes and said any decent tech could see the leak.

Could not be happier with TImothy Off. When the hot water heater died in my rental property they came highly recommended by my carpenter.
My tenet called that morning and they were by lunchtime. Even through some miscommunication (on our end, not there's) they made sure everything was taken care of and my tenet had hot water by the time she got home!
Lorna, in their office, was so helpful and kind. She got all the answers I needed and made quick arrangements.
I will definitely use them again for myself and also recommend them to my clients.

Beware they hire thieves that will steal from your home. My engagement ring and wedding band were stolen from my apartment @ 827 Wollaston Rd Kennett Square. They were the only people who had access to my apartment on that day. The same guy came back again only I was thee to watch over him. He asked for the keys to the basement and back apartment, nice try. I filed a police report to no avail , I'm not getting my ring back. I would have sued however that would not get my ring returned to me.

good service, but pretty sure I put their kids through college already...

They installed a part on my furnace... $300+ to ""diagnose"" when told them what we thought the problem was. Then charged $600 to install the replacement part - I checked and found multiple retail listings for the part at $60 - $80. No break down on the work order... just one number that included the part and one hour of labor to the tune of $600.00. Either they paid much more than I would have for the part? Or they pay their technicians handsomely? Or somebody's making serious bank. I'm happy to pay a locally-owned business for their services and time, but really??

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company to date. They have been providing our heating and air-conditioning services for the last four years. Response time has always been excellent, and although any heating and air-conditioning repair costs are usually pricey, I have found Timothy Off's pricing to be in line with other similar companies in the region.

They recently helped us out of quite a bind with regard to our air conditioning systems for our home, and it was greatly appreciated.

I do recommend the yearly service plan. Again, on the face of things, it appears to be pricey. I have noticed that I never clean my systems as I should, nor do I remember to change my filters when I'm supposed to, and I believe that their preventive maintenance does help to reduce repair costs in the long term.

Timothy Off installed our brand new gas furnace and AC unit they recommended. The installation was perfect. Sounds good, no?

I had a toilet plumbing issue and thought ""what the hell, they installed the other stuff quite well. Rude plumber dude showed up and criticized the stuff I used when I installed a new vanity. No, I did not ask him for any commentary. He then failed to unclog my toilet and left. I don't recall what I paid for the useless visit by a total jerk.

When the problem again reared its ugly head, I called back and they sent another guy out and charged me for it. This guy found an immediate need for a tool he did not bring. Then he told me I had to pay for his time sitting around for a colleague to bring it. So, I figured I'm just screwed and I was. The problem was resolved for about $1,000.

Fast forward to the AC for which I purchased an annual service contract at a considerable amount of money. This included one or two visits a year to check things out and fix what needed to be fixed. Come July Fourth and the 4 year old AC system quits. We call and a guy shows up and explains why it quit. The inside of the AC box's four walls (filters?) were clearly coated with fine debris of some unknown make-up. I'm thinking, I'm really happy I bought that great service contact. The service guy said this was a ""service call"" which was not a part of our somewhat pricey annual service contract.

He reported to remove the 8 to 10 bolts holding the thin lid on the unit and to use my garden hose and water, he would clean away the debris only cost around $250.00. I asked why my annual service contract wouldn't cover it. He said this is a ""service call"" and not a ""maintenance call."" If it had been a maintenance call it would have been at no cost.

It is my opinion Timothy Off is an abjectively disreputable firm. Caveat emptor.

Good people, good service, when I questioned the price I was dismissed and treated like crap. I wish Tim had called me......

Bad experience ! I had a technician from Timothy off to come in to do an Annual tune up to my Heating and cooling system last year. This year I tried to schedule another Tune up but the customer service would not help me with the scheduling., she was so unhelpful. So I called different company. They came in 2 days ago to do the Tune up, the technician from a new company opened up the air handler unit to found a Filter sat on top of the unit from last year in stead of where it supposed to be. He took a picture of a fan and it showed a 2""thick of dust and debris and mold. It was horrible. I will never use Timothy Off again and I will not recommend this company to anyone.

So they are knowledgeable on hvac and their techs are nice, but they've also unfortunately studied up on the old rip off manual as well. Quoted $646 to change out the mother circuit board on my unit, well not being a little old lady who knows nothing I thanked them for diagnosing the problem, refused their service ,bought an identical new circuit board for $24 on amazon and installed in, for the first time ever doing this, mind you, and it took me 20 minutes, and I took my time doing it! System works perfect now, so wait.. what was the other $620 for?! And while there techs are good, they and no other tech is worth $620 an hour. Use them if you don't have the tools to troubleshoot, and do it yourself or use someone with more integrity. Or you can tell them to do it if you enjoy putting your hard earned money into someone else's account . Your call

We had a gas leak in our house and they were able to get someone here within two hours of Peco identifying the leak. They happened to have someone in the area who finished a job early so we were fortunate with good timing. They walked me through what they would need to do to fix it and how much it would cost before doing anything. Cost was reasonable. They were polite and professional. Pretty much all you can ask for and the quick turnaround was well above my expectation. Would recommend and use again in the future.
