Bad experience ! I had a technician from Timothy off to come in to do an Annual tune up to my Heating and cooling system last year. This year I tried to schedule another Tune up but the customer service would not help me with the scheduling., she was so unhelpful. So I called different company. They came in 2 days ago to do the Tune up, the technician from a new company opened up the air handler unit to found a Filter sat on top of the unit from last year in stead of where it supposed to be. He took a picture of a fan and it showed a 2""thick of dust and debris and mold. It was horrible. I will never use Timothy Off again and I will not recommend this company to anyone.

So they are knowledgeable on hvac and their techs are nice, but they've also unfortunately studied up on the old rip off manual as well. Quoted $646 to change out the mother circuit board on my unit, well not being a little old lady who knows nothing I thanked them for diagnosing the problem, refused their service ,bought an identical new circuit board for $24 on amazon and installed in, for the first time ever doing this, mind you, and it took me 20 minutes, and I took my time doing it! System works perfect now, so wait.. what was the other $620 for?! And while there techs are good, they and no other tech is worth $620 an hour. Use them if you don't have the tools to troubleshoot, and do it yourself or use someone with more integrity. Or you can tell them to do it if you enjoy putting your hard earned money into someone else's account . Your call

We had a gas leak in our house and they were able to get someone here within two hours of Peco identifying the leak. They happened to have someone in the area who finished a job early so we were fortunate with good timing. They walked me through what they would need to do to fix it and how much it would cost before doing anything. Cost was reasonable. They were polite and professional. Pretty much all you can ask for and the quick turnaround was well above my expectation. Would recommend and use again in the future.

Highly recommend the team from Timothy Off. The quote was clear and competitive. It was actually a good quote given the cheaper equipment some others were bidding. (Stay away from Goodman brand.) The techs are friendly, do a great job and take great care to clean up afterwards. They installed two Trane units in our house. Everything was perfect. We had a couple of minor issues with a loose wire but Timothy Off's team took care of it right away. I would buy another system from them in a heartbeat.

Came to service heater. Lowered my settings. No hot water only lukewarm. Came back out spent forever trying to fix it. Had a little more hot water for about a week. Did not return calls. Today told me will not fix my hot water settings. So now I will have to pay someone else to fix my hot water settings. Owner is a hothead who was trying to treat me like his child. Then told me wouldn't fix. Terrible service. Would never recommend. Update. Disputed the charge with the credit card company The company lied and said they responded to my calls. Still refuse to come out and resolve the situation. Admitted I have minimum hot water but claim I am trying to get out of paying them rather than just coming out and fixing the problem. That's all I asked for. That's all I want. Just fix the problem.

I called Timothy Off after a referral from a friend. The oil company I use has been servicing my oil heater and the last three years they claimed that they couldn't change the nozzle because the burner was one they were not familiar with. They said they would send somebody out that was trained on it and they never did. I didn't want to pay for something I wasn't getting yet another year so I asked around and ended up with Timothy Off.
I inquired about my model burner when I scheduled and the receptionist put me on hold and checked to make sure that they were knowledgeable with my unit. She scheduled my appointment and the technician showed up on time and even called when he was on his way. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He took about 4 hours to service my heater and the previous company was never more than an hour. He showed me the before and after readings and the filthy nozzle. He also pointed out a broken cleanout access knob that the other company broke and never bothered to remove to clean that side or suggest a repair of the knob. I felt confident that I got a thorough job. All this and I signed up for the maintenance program they offer and included the AC service. They will come out twice a year for less money than my previous contract that offered half the service. They will contact me to schedule also, that is a nice improvement over having to remember to schedule service. I highly recommend this company.

The people that come out are super nice. Their prices are RIDICULOUSLY high though and you can definitely do better elsewhere. If you are smart, you will price shop. I don't mind paying for service within reason. But WAY OVERPRICED. If their prices were within reason, I would give 5 stars as they are good.

Our furnace was leaking water so we called Timothy Off. They came out two days later and a service rep charged us $445 to change a gasket. That didn't stop the leak. Long story short, after five service calls and close to $1,000 our furnace still leaks water. They offered to come out a sixth time and charge us another $250 but we're cutting our losses and getting another company to repair it.

This company was highly recommended to me by family and friends. Timothy Off just completed replacing my central air conditioning and venting systems which were ancient. After having a bad experience with another company, the Timothy Off gentleman who completed the estimate, Bruce, was very prompt and helpful. He was very patient with all the questions I had. Before installation the company sent me pictures of the two installation technicians who were coming. The two technicians were very efficient and respectful of our home. Installation took a day and a half to complete but due to the excessive heat they were kind enough to assure our bedrooms were hooked up to cool down so we would not suffer another day of misery in the hot weather. The mechanical tester who came to do one last check was again quick, efficient and very kind. I am very happy I selected this company to replace my AC unit. They have a company warranty that states in a nutshell if I am not happy with anything that they will fix it within 30 days or refund my money. Can't ask for much more than that! I highly recommend this company
