Noticed house getting warm around 1PM. Called my home warranty co and they gave permission to call my service co as they couldn't respond. Timo does our regular service so I called them. Chris D was scheduled between 5 & 6. He called to tell me he would be a bit late. I didn't have a problem knowing it was sat on a holiday weekend. He got here and diagnosed problem talked to warranty co to get authorization and got us up and running. Great company and great technician.

My wife and I have worked with several air conditioning and heating companies in the nearly 3 years we've lived her in the desert, and Timo's is far and away the best. The rest, who shall remain nameless, sent out surly repairmen and installers with bad attitudes who routinely failed to explain what they did and their repairs were not long lasting. We called Timo's when our fairly newly installed large A/C unit from another company was not cooling properly, and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. Just yesterday, we called because the A/C wasn't cooling much with the extreme heat. Eddie, the young service guy, called us after 6 and showed up to check the unit, which was lower than normal with freon, which was replaced with the last repair. There was no charge for the service, and Eddie was friendly and helpful despite the fact that he had 7 more appointments still after already logging a 12-hour day. Our problem was not an emergency, but Timo's still made good on its promise to send out a repairmen like Eddie who was a joy and a champ in our book. Whatever he is being paid, he needs a raise and a big bonus! Timo's, you have our business, and we will be recommending your company to our neighbors and others who cross our paths in the coming months and years. Thank you!

Received a call back within 5 mins of my request for the on-call tech to call back on a Saturday night at 7pm in the summer! Eddie came within the 1 hour window time frame as promised. He evaluated, gave me an honest estimate and fixed the AC unit. I signed up the next Monday for annual maintenance with Timo's, requesting Eddie.

We noticed a problem with our air conditioning. Because we had not previously had an air conditioning problem, we had no references. We looked on Yelp to help us make a decision. Timo's Air Conditioning & Heating had 5 stars and almost 150 references.

Employee, Eddie, arrived as scheduled. He immediately figured out the problem and (luckily) it was not a major repair which is refreshing because we needed to trust his evaluation as we have no knowledge about air conditioning. He made the repair quickly and efficiently.

I would not hesitate to contact Timo's for any air conditioning issues in the future.

Seriously, stop searching now, and call Timo's!!!!
It's seems increasingly rare to find such a gem in the service world, but Timo's is as good as it gets!
From the moment I called, the receptionist was very pleasant and very helpful (I think her name was Vanessa). I was easily able to schedule service the same day.
Things got even better when Eddie rolled in. He was extremely courteous, polite, professional and knowledgable. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it very quickly. Air back on in a jiffy.....ahhhhhhh relief! Thank you Timo's!

These are the BEST guys in the valley! I have dealt with some of the A/C companies in the desert and never had the service that Timos brings to the table. They were in touch with me prior to our appointment and showed up on time. The guys were keeping me posted on all that was happening throughout he repair. They checked and checked again. And the owner was always available to them for all updates on the work being done. Now that is impressive. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Not only did they have the best customer service, but they truly made me feel like they wanted my business. I would and have highly recommend them to anyone! Keep up the great work Timos!!

We just bought our first home, and the air conditioner needed to be serviced , we called timos and they serviced our unit and got us going , had to replace a few parts , very reasonable price and very professional !, this past Saturday my ac unit decided to stop working .... called timos after hour number and they had there tech Eddie come out within 30 minutes and check to see what the problem was , again very professional replaced what needed to be replaced and had us back and running within 20 minutes , I recommend you give them a call for all your air conditioning and heating needs !!! We recently bought a house and the previous owners had already paid for a seasonal inspection of our equipment. Chris came out and spent a ton of time checking out both of our units, cleaning them, exchanging filters, etc. He had been to the house before and was extremely knowledgable about our system, the history of the installs, etc. Extremely professional and friendly. We are very happy with Chris/Timo's and will continue to work with them going forward.
