What could have been a disaster turned out to be corrected in less than 24 hours, thanks to my neighbor and Timmon's Plumbing. My neighbor called to tell me that water was bubbling out near the sidewalk around 3p. WTCPUA emergency was out within 10 minutes of the call to turn off the water. From reading reviews on Timmon's both here and Nextdoor, we called around 4p.
At 6:30 the next morning, he had a crew at our door. They didn't start for about an hour, not sure why, but they were helpful and kind. Within a few hours, they repaired the problem and another call to WTCPUA got the water back on shortly after.
I couldn't tell you from comparison what the value was, but we felt that the quality and timeliness was with what we paid. I would absolutely call them when we need plumbing assistance.

Install new electric hot water heater. The installation was good but the hot water heater and installation cost $1,900.00. Honestly, I think I was overcharged. I know things have gone up but -- really???? All my invoice stated was:
"Remove and install a new 50-gallon electric water heater.
Installed new supply lines.
Installed new ball valves."
How much are the new supply lines and ball valves? He could have broken down the amounts so I would know how much I was paying for each item!

We had Jeremy Timmons with Timmon's Plumbing remove our 43 year old toilet with a new toilet last week and we are very pleased with the results. He quoted me a price for the job and no extra problems so that was great. We thought our line might need cleaning out because the old toilet would clog occasionally. He recommended us just to try the new toilet first as he believed that was the issue. So far everything seems good so we are happy not to pay extra money for something we don't need. I called 2 other plumbers for the same job and they were more expensive. Thank you Jeremy for your honesty and top notch service!

Outstanding customer service! Very knowledgeable and extremely honest.
Unfortunately I had used another plumber before I called Timmons the other plumber over charged me for parts/labor that wasn't even done, and still couldn't fix the issue.
Jermey looked at it, and fixed it within 30 mins for an extremely fair price. I sure wished I would have found Jermey first. I'm so happy I now have a trust worthy excellent plumber.

Jeremy Timmons Plumbing, 512 787 1002, earned 5 stars this morning at our house.
He did annual maintenance service on our tankless hot water heaters (flushed with bio safe chemicals and cleaned filters) and he repaired the bathroom faucets that had been leaking at the base.
Another plumber said we needed to replace the faucets.
Jeremy popped a handle off. When he saw it's a Delta unit, he told us to return the replacement.
Jeremy had the cartridges to do the repair on this truck.
Jeremy provided counsel on our tankless heaters. He said that since we have a water softener they need annual maintenance. Without a softener, the tankless hot water heaters would need twice a year maintenance.
