Jeremy Timmons Plumbing, 512 787 1002, earned 5 stars this morning at our house.
He did annual maintenance service on our tankless hot water heaters (flushed with bio safe chemicals and cleaned filters) and he repaired the bathroom faucets that had been leaking at the base.
Another plumber said we needed to replace the faucets.
Jeremy popped a handle off. When he saw it's a Delta unit, he told us to return the replacement.
Jeremy had the cartridges to do the repair on this truck.
Jeremy provided counsel on our tankless heaters. He said that since we have a water softener they need annual maintenance. Without a softener, the tankless hot water heaters would need twice a year maintenance.

Jeremy was very highly recommended on our neighborhood NextDoor and Facebook page. So we texted him on Sunday when we noticed our water heater expansion tank was leaking. He replied back same day and set appt for Tuesday. Came with part we needed, replaced and cleaned up water. And cost me less than the amount that my Google search results for "estimated cost for replacement" came back at. We will definitely use Timmons Plumbing for any future needs.

I originally my Jeremy and wanted him to come out for a sink that had stopped draining. He was booked up and then gave me a referral to another plumber that snaked the drain line and cleared it the next day. Earl, the referral plumber, advised of roots encountered and he did a referral back to Jeremy as he did not have a camera.
I then contacted Jeremy and he was able to come out the following week. He discussed the video of the inspection and showed where there was still some minor roots visible, but nothing blocking and nothing concerning. He advises a new inspection every ten years or so.
Jeremy was very easy to talk with and willing to answer all our questions. His prices are fair.
