Timko and sons just replaced our two water heater tanks. They were terrific and $1600 less expensive than one of the big plumber services in the area. They replaced the tanks within a week and a half and then came out to check on them over a weekend when I was worried about some leaking (it wasn't their fault - it was my dehumidifier!) So glad for their service!!

Something was wrong with our water heater. Sadly we were stuck with these guys since we are renters, but I would never recommend these guys nor will use them when we get our own house. It took THREE weeks of no communication, three different people coming into my house just to tell me ""they need to order a part"" twice and frustration to the extreme before anything was actually fixed. I tried to call Ken multiple times, ignored calls twice where it rang a few times then was sent to voicemail, which of course was full. I was told he would have men come out past 2 as he could not, well guess what- no men and NO call to let me know. Three weeks of lukewarm water for 5 min then ice cold showers. I had to wash my hair then wait 30 whole minutes until I could condition with slightly warm water. I would not recommend if you want something done timely, or if you just want to know what's going on!
