Quick response without waiting long was out in 12 hours from call 1st thing in the morning, Justin is a professional he put a commercial (BRADFORD WHITE) water heater in for us! not a cheap one from local retail lumber stores many other cheaper companies use to lower prices that are junk & fail in a few years. Justin also fixed my backflow prevention assembly saving water & so now no annual bill, that I do not have to legally pay anymore every year. Justin also did not bait & switch like half the other tradesman I've hired before hiring (Timely Plumbing Solutions), so pricing not the cheapest, but is going rate with no mark up's or up selling or bait & switch that many other companies in Portland Metro area do as standard practice.
